Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast. (45 to 50 Minutes)
About BODYCOMBAT™ (Cardio Kickboxing) is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories* in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door
About BODYFLOW (Yoga & Pilates) A 55 minute Yoga & Pilates inspired class that takes you through a series of simple yoga moves that embrace the elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.
About HIIT (30-Minute Circuit Classes)
High Intensity Interval Training involves alternating between very intense bouts of exercise and low intensity exercise. (For example, sprinting for 30 seconds, then walking for 60 seconds) HIIT can be used both anaerobically (in the gym with weights) and aerobically with cardio.
