Strobe began as a hobby in fifteen-year-old Chloe Taliaferro’s kitchen. With an arsenal of knowledge from watching countless YouTube videos, reading piles of cosmetic making books, and scouring the pages of cosmetic making forums she began creating her very own eyeshadows. About a year later after learning, failing, and finally succeeding she had her first line of eyeshadows. On November 30th, 2010, we opened our virtual doors. Since then we have gone through many changes; new products, new shades, new packaging, new logo, etc. One thing remains the same, our cruelty-free promise. We are dedicated to helping fight animal cruelty and the horrors of animal testing. We’ve been cruelty-free since day one and will remain that way until the end of time. You can count on us to always be a 100% vegan and cruelty-free company, supplying you with amazing products.
Color and creativity are two of many focal points of Strobe as a brand. We wanted to create products that were high quality and super pigmented while allowing anyone from a beginner to a pro makeup artist to use our products with ease. We firmly believe makeup is art, and we wanted to give artists the recourses to create their very own masterworks. Our products undergo rigorous testing on our very own faces to ensure they will not disappoint.
We are excited to continue expanding our line to include a wide variety of cosmetics, and in the future, launch our sister company of cruelty-free and vegan skin, body, and hair care.
