23 years here! Fantastic customer service! Nice variety of unit sizes.

I never had an issue until trying to close my unit. This is definitely the cheapest storage unit option around. But now I’m trying to close it since I no longer need it and I don’t think anyone actually works in the office. I came up at 1030 to do it and the office was closed even though online and on the door it says 9. So I left and did some shopping. I came back an hour later and the open sign was on. But the door was locked. I pressed the call button and nobody answered. Rang the door bell. Knocked. And called the office number 6 times. As I was standing out in 90 degree weather with my one year old on my hip. No answer from any of it. Don’t say your office will be open if there’s nobody there actually working. Pretty ridiculous. I’ll try a third time here after lunch time and if there’s still no answer you’ll find my key in the drop box. You guys can figure it out from there.

Very good customer service, good security, and they provided the lock and it wasn't generic at all! I only wish it was climate control but it's not but because of my choice....nothing to do with them.

Rented 2 units for about 2 years. Safe, secure, well-lit, my units both had a ceiling light. Staff is awesome. I would use them again.

fact! Manger running/living on the property would put lock on unit if not payed by 1st. Yes I get payed the Friday after 1st. Payed biweekly I always payed, well then he told my wife he would not expect payment from her anymore had to be me, their closed when I'm done with work so that Saturday he had sold and removed my entire life, 20y family history . I believe he was after my 70ss/RS Camaro I had removed to begin moving. My car I love what I lost I would trade 10x over,I hope other step up. Noway 1st time

The manager is awesome Even tho I’m a pain in the but customer everything I need is always taken care of. Also the great rent pricing they have is fantastic I’ll keep renting Can’t thank you enough for their service I receive Sincerely Sebastien Ling A fellow property manager

I have not surpassed the novice with self storage but am somewhat educated with business after 30 years of it here in Cincinnati. This owner is TOP Shelf and the gentleman that you will probably be communicating with Ryan, is the Best of the Best!
