USG SC is the governing body for undergraduates at USG; we serve as a liaison between students, administrators, faculty, and alumni.
Our goals are to:
1.Collect, evaluate, and address student concerns and suggestions relating to their experience at USG.
2.Raise awareness and increase knowledge among the students, faculty, and the surrounding community about the services offered by the Student Council.
3.Foster the partnership, collaboration, and communication among the USG community by pursuing activities which recognize students, faculty, staff, and other constituencies.
The Universities at Shady Grove Student Council was established in 2002 to serve as an advocate for the USG student body. The Student Council strives to provide a forum for students to voice their concerns and to facilitate the undertaking of improvements
