I work out of town a lot for work, I’m in Baltimore this week. I had deep purple hair that kept fading to different shades of purple/pink & I was super tired of dealing with it. I had some time in between and I called here to see if they had any openings not expecting a yes & they did! I walked in at my appointment time and everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Gerri did my hair and let me just say she was super super sweet. So personal and a down to earth person. She took the time to put color remover on my hair and tried to get the color out as much as she could! I am now a dark dark brownmy natural color & Im in love. Every stylist in there was super talkative and amazing! Thank you so much for taking me in same day & working on my troubled messy hair! And a special thanks to you Gerri &lt;3

Well first they double booked the lady that was supposed to do my hair. Then I ended up having a lady named Michelle do my hair. She gave her opinion on I should get a trim before getting my hair styled which was okay until the end she told me it would be a extra 30$ which she didn’t even tell me it would be extra UNTIL it was done n over with. The curls she gave me looked a hot mess. She trimmed my hair unevenly as well. Definitely won’t be going back there. Worst salon experience ever. Not to mention she literally used me as a hand stool and was literally using me while she would bend over to pick something up off the ground. Was definitely overall disappointed. My hair is so uneven it’s going to be a pain to fix because I didn’t want it as short as she made it !! And now I have to get it even shorter bc it’s so uneven.Services:&nbsp;Haircut

I had 3-4 decent experiences at this salon over the last couple of years, but I will not be going back after this last visit.  The stylist told me my hair which is clean and well taken care of was "ruined" because she did not personally care for the color I chose, which I found unprofessional.  If she was addressing the quality of my hair to fix damage that would be acceptable, but she just didn't like the color.  More importantly though, when I got home I discovered my hair was a full half-inch longer on the left side than on the right.  I'm giving three stars because of the positive experiences in the past, but I won't be back.

Michelle is fantastic. She was so helpful and informative. My go to stylist now. Thank you so much.
