Studio 22 is a personal training studio in Muncie, Indiana and was established in 2000. Brad Warner took over in 2002 and is the current owner/operator. Brad has been physically training his body for the last 25 years and personal training for 17 years.
Our approach is a progressive, systematic physical exercise regimen. This regimen is tailored to each individual by using detailed series of visual and auditory evaluations and observations. This is done during the first 2-4 workout visits as we are instructing proper form and execution of the required exercises using only moderate weights and focusing on breathing and stretching. This allows the body a smooth transition into a more active state which eliminates potential soreness and also builds positive momentum towards your goal of having the best looking and feeling body you possibly can. Getting in shape is all about momentum. It's hard to get started and the first two weeks are the worst. It's like trying to get a large boulder to move. Once you get it going and build some downhill momentum it becomes easier and faster to get into shape and stay in shape. You just have to invest enough energy to keep that boulder moving. We teach you to build downhill momentum by gradually adjusting your diet to maximize your enzymes and hormones to burn fat, build muscle, and feel and look more youthful all around. We will also teach you to use your foods to keep the switches that control your genes turned in the right direction so that you can always look and feel your best. You might as well be your best!
