My first haircut with Emile was amazing. I had a short wash just to wet my hair for the cut. I had a shower the night before. I had an appointment for a trim/ haircut, I loved the way she cut my hair.

Shannon gave me exactly what I envisioned when I requested a caramel/dark brown balayage. Not only is she kind with great customer service skills, she explained the entire process to me throughout the way which for me is always appreciated. I also received a treatment during the process and I left feeling  beautiful and my hair did not feel the least bit damaged. I’ve attached two pictures, the first immediately after the color and the second picture with my hair in the sun, which made my hair look even nicer! Highly recommend going to Shannon for color, you won’t be disappointed.

I figured hey what the heck. Probably would get a better haircut than from a franchise at the mall. So I stopped here on the way back from an errand. I'm from out of town so I had to just take a shot with this place. Staff was courteous upon my arrival and even seemed to understand my request. I simply wanted an undercut with a .5 on the sides and the back and a half inch off the top. Being as it was my first time there I should have known better and provided a picture of the style that I wanted. But I had assumed that she knew what she was doing. That was a mistake. A half inch off the top turned into half the hair off the top. Grabbed a 5 and proceeded to tell me that nothings coming off. Once we clarified that I wanted a .5, she proceeded to basically just give me a high fade. To top it off, and this is disgusting... rather that use a brush or a blow dryer to remove the clippings from the back of my neck she blew on me multiple times. Being as I still gave you a tip I feel as if I bought my right to this review. You were either deaf or high and I'm extremely disappointed that you charged me $22 for a five minute haircut. Thanks for giving me the haircut that you wanted me to have!

I've been going her for a few years now. Excellent local salon. My hair always comes out exactly how I asked for it! 100% recommend!

Tracy always gives me a great cut plus she has the fastest scissors in Bucks County!! She's great!!
