We love working with Florence and the entire StudioD team. They have provided a great modern aesthetic to several of our San Francisco real estate listings. They are incredibly easy to work with and are very responsive, professional, and flexible. We get a lot of compliments during open houses because of their staging and decor. We highly recommend working with them!
Sadly, we aren't always able to use Studio D, but when budget and timing permit, especially for sexy, modern houses, our preference is Studio D everytime. Janci is both talented and professional. She has a friendly staff who work diligently and deliver a beautiful, staged home that looks amazing in photos and even better on site. The quality of the furnishings and artwork are stellar, but it is her positive attitude and willingness to get it right that really shines. We would recommend Studio D to any of our colleagues, and more importantly, our sales results have been the "proof in the pudding!"
I love Studio D! More importantly, I love Janci Deetz. She has an amazing aesthetic and her staging always photographs beautifully. She's also an incredibly positive person and is a joy to be around. If you're thinking of staging your home in the Bay Area, please consider working with her. She'll make the difference between a good sale and a great one!
Janci and her team seriously transformed our home in anticipation of its going on the market. When we first re-entered the house after her magic, we said to each other, "our house could've looked like this?!" I definitely believe that her carefully selected decor and special touches showed our home in its very best already an amazing house in its raw form light!
Im working there and they are pretty good. Get to go all over sf city and the bay area to do staging and breakdowns
Horrible manager Wayne wolf will ruin your experience and is very prejudice.
