Studio In Essence is a creative dance, acrobatics, Pilates and wellness centre in downtown Halifax. We are also the hosts of Halifax Pole Theatre, Spinning With The Stars, and other events.
Our team is a collective of highly qualified, caring and creative instructors specializing in acrobatic dance, Gyrotonic and the Pilates method.
