We are so excited to offer Statesboro a new, spacious exercise studio with not only one-on-one training but much more!!!!
We are located at 43 East Main Street across from 40 East Grill Restaurant. We have parallel parking on Main Street and a parking lot across from the City of Statesboro.
We have certified personal trainers and group fitness instructors ready to meet your needs. We offer one-on-one training, small group training, group fitness classes, Yoga, Pilates, and nutritional guidance.
Whitney Gregory is the owner and senior trainer of Studio on Main. Whitney is a Certified Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor. She also has a background in Nutrition and Food Science and has been a trainer for over six years.

NOTE: Our classes are not classified as Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced. Our instructors are able to modify or advance any exercise based on your needs. Don’t let this frighten you….come give it a GO!!!!!
Cardio Express is a 25 minute class that will get your heart thumping. It is a blend of cardio machine routines, outdoor sprinting, indoor cardio circuits, and pylometrics. This class will help to burn lots of calories and that layer of fat over your muscles.
Express Abs is a 25 minute class that will have your abs on FIRE!!! It is a blend of isolated core exercises using body weight, medicine balls, swiss balls, gliders, and dumbbells. This class will have your abs fABulous in no time.
Sculpt/Sculpt Express is a class that will cover every muscle group from head to toe. This class will tone any unwanted areas and leave you feeling every muscle group. If want a defined body this is a must for your exercise routine!!!
Brazilian Booty is a 25 minute class that will sculpt your back side. You will do basic exercises from squats to lunge but also do more isolated exercises to get the hard to reach areas. This class will leave your bum toned and lifted!!!
Hot Yoga is a modern style of yoga from the hatha yoga teachings of Krishnamacharya. It is an hour class in a room heated to 90 degrees. Hot yoga addresses both physical and mental fitness.
Pilates is an hour long class designed to improve strength, flexibility, and posture. Every exercise is done through your powerhouse (abs and back) creating a sculpted tummy and lean legs.
Ballet Fit is a hour long class. We use classic ballet moves and combine it with high repetition. The results are amazing and you get the look of a dancer’s body.
Boot Camp is an hour long class. It is intense but any level of fitness can do this class. Boot Camp is a mix of TABATA, HIIT, weight training, cardio routines, and pylometrics. Don’t let the name scare you away. Come try it out!!!
