Went yesterday with my friend as a walk-in from out of town and I’m in awe at how well both of our nails came out!! Very friendly people, took their time ! have had the set for a day now and no chipping or nails popping off, mine feel super sturdy for how long they are! Would visit again

nice place!!! didn't take very long, wasn't messy or inexperienced. I don't get my nails done often but this was nice :

They're painfully understaffed, don't have air-conditioning or even a fan, and are wildly disorganized. I thought I had an appointment there to get my nails done on my birthday. When I got there, I said I was there for my appointment, and they sat me in a pedicure chair like they were expecting me. At 48 minutes, one of the two employees finished with the manicure they were doing. At 49 minutes, they apologized for it taking so long. At 50 minutes, another guest walked in the door and their manicure immediately started. It was pretty obvious I was going to be sitting there sweating for a very long time if I stayed, so I left. It wasn't until later that I realized I had gone to the wrong place and my appointment was actually meant to be somewhere else. Look, I fully acknowledge that that was my fault. I messed up. BUT, if they didn't have time for me, and they didn't have an appointment on the books, why check me in? Why not say they weren't expecting me? Why seat me? They turned away lots of people who showed up after me, so why not me? If they'd said something, I could have made my other appointment, and actually gotten my nails done. But instead they wasted my time in an uncomfortably hot place. Instead of having a cute mani-pedi for my birthday dinner, I sweated my makeup off for nothing.

These people are sweet and genuine. They clearly have a tight knit community, and it's fun listening to them giggle and have conversations with one another. The woman who did my nails did a perfect job. I asked for pineapple themed! She was on point. Over a week later my nails are still in perfect condition. I'll be back soon!!

Great service, the tech Lana?? was very nice and even though I was an end of day walk in, the service wasn't rushed.

Got toes done yesterday. Staff was late arriving. So unless you don't mind waiting, don't go at 9 am. But by 9:30 we were in and staff was awesome. No other customers covid related I am sure. The quietest it's ever been there.. Nice short cut. Took extra care to remove all old polish. Great vidit.
