At Studio V-Fit (Formerly Known as ICM Group Fitness Center) We specialize in Group Fitness Classes, we offer a variety of Zumba® and Zumba® Specialty classes to give you the best out of your work out. Come on and try a class such as Zumba®, Zumba® Gold, Zumba® Gold Toning, Zumba® Toning, Zumba® Sentao™, Zumba® Step, Zumba® In the circuit, and our newest STRONG by Zumba™ class, we also offer Early Bird classes including Boot Camp.
We also offer Early Bird Classes such as Boot Camp, BB Cardio and ABS Classes. We have a class to fit everyone needs!
Senior citizens are welcome to join our Zumba® Gold class Mon, Wed,& Fri at 9:00 am.
Moms with Babies are welcome to join our "Mommy and me" class where you work out while interacting with your little one! Mon, Wed, Fri at 10 am & Sat at 10:15 am.
