For nearly a decade, StudioContrology has helped strengthen, lengthen and stretch hundreds of local and visiting clients. Established in 2005, StudioContrology is the only authentic Pilates studio in the Kingstowne, Virginia, area. We offer Private/Duet Pilates session at our StudioContrology location and Group BARRE/PilatesMAT classes are featured at Strictly Rhythm Dance Center [6118-A Franconia Rd].
Pilates and Barre are for everyone! StudioContrology welcomes people of all fitness levels to experience the benefits of Pilates for themselves. In the words of Joseph Pilates…"In 10 sessions, you will feel the difference. In 20, you will see the difference. And in 30, you'll be on your way to having a whole new body."
At our StudioContrology location, we offer Private and Duet (2 people) Pilates sessions, both of which utilize the Pilates apparatus and mats, taught by one NYC certified Instructor with 10+ years of teaching experience. All sessions are by appointment only and are 60+ minutes. Although the Pilates space and apparatus are designed to accommodate simultaneous sessions, nearly all sessions have private access to our Studio. Our Introductory Package offers three Private sessions for only $170. Private and Duet sessions purchased individually range from $45-75. Multi-session discount packages are also available.
At Strictly Rhythm Dance Center [6118-A Franconia Rd, Alexandria, VA 22310], we offer group BARRE and PilatesMAT classes six days a week at varying times. Your FIRST class is always free! Individual class prices range from $15-20 per class depending on package purchased.
Both locations are conveniently located near Alexandria, Kingstowne and Springfield at the Van Dorn/Franconia intersection, easily accessible from I-95 Van Dorn exit and the Fairfax County Parkway. StudioContrology PARKING: Parking available in 'unmarked' spots and along parking circle/street. METRO: 1.4m walking distance from Van Dorn Metro station BLUE line or via MetroBus 109, 231/232, or 321/322.
