The Attraction to this particular storage: Advertised: Half off the first month or  three months, 50% off”. I chose the latter. I started getting charged full price at 90 days. I asked why? They said they gave me one month free. They must use a different math system than most of the public does!

Reserving a space was easy and uncomplicated.  Great deal too.

It wasn’t a good start. The Assistant Manger had a difficult time enrolling us on the computer system. We were there waiting and waiting for more than 40 minutes. We would’ve walk out if she didn’t offered us paper contract. Either the system needed improvement or staffs needed more computer training. However the AM was courteous and apologetic the whole time. In spite of the computer issues, the storage unit is nice and clean. I feel comfortable storing my things there.

We had a wonderful experience renting our first storage unit. The office manager is so kind and hospitable, and made the entire process so easy. We are going to be referring other family since we had such a positive experience. Thanks again!

My storage unit was robbed.  Thieves cased my unit while I was loading in tools.  Not sure how they knew I was putting valuable tools inside, but they waited till I left, then cut the lock, took everything, then put the exact same lock back on.  Why would they put a lock back on if they took everything?  And how did they get access to the facility?  Onsite management shrugged me off and said sorry.  They were extremely unhelpful.  They said they do not track gate access beyond two weeks and have no cameras in the area where my unit is located.  Security, in my opinion is beyond appalling.  I might as well have placed my belongings on the curb outside.  When I first rented the unit, the manager asked me what I was storing.  I'm not sure why they needed to know that information or that it was even appropriate, but at the time, I had no reason to mistrust her.  Looking back, it is one red flag after another.  They offered to cut the lock for free.  That's nice, but in light of the fact I was just robbed, another red flag.  When I went down to witness the lock being cut, no one was in the office.  No one was answering the phone.  I waited for a half hour, then went home.  I used another phone to call and low and behold, the manager answered.  Another red flag.  Was she avoiding me?  The whole thing is very strange and smells like foul play.  I am an out of work general contractor looking for a safe place to store my tools while I wait for the pandemic to pass so I can go back to work.  I lost everything in that storage unit.  All my tools.  I can't believe it. Do not store your belongings here.  You may very well regret it.

I was able to store my belongings for several months with damages by rodents as I had experienced at my previous storage facility. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The lady at the desk was super amazing! Very helpful and great to talk with. She answered all my questions and made me feel super comfortable about renting a unit from this storage facility and her in general. Very clean units and easy to work with.

Had my storage unit broken into an a full size AcC stolen worth 2k alone not to mention all my tools and welder some how this place has cameras from 1960 my unit actually had a different lock on it , if you haven’t been there in a while I suggest you go check cause you might be paying 300$ per month for a half empty unit the people who work there are very nice and have always been it’s not their fault it’s the owners fault for being cheap on top of that I don’t understand how they let homeless people basically live in storage units

Excellent experience from move in to move out.  My stuff was safe and secure throughout.
