Very good quality of brand name items to pick from. Prices are decent could be better but a nice selection and well organized. This is practically the only place I've shopped at for the last several years. Best consignment quality and store upkeep in the Austin area.
Love, love, love this store. You will find A LOT of items from head to toes at a perfect price. The place is clean and everything is sorted out very well. The staff is amazing. Makes me happy when ever I get a chance to shop there!
Nice consignment store with a good selection of clothing for a slightly older client than their sister shop, Plato's closet. They have really good sales and a reward point system. Active Instagram account to showcase items as they arrive. Very organized store. Clean fitting rooms. Helpful staff.
I am from out of town and love shopping at consignment stores when we travel. I spent about 20 minutes in the store and was not greeted or spoken to by any of the women working there. The clothes were mostly outdated styles. I gave it a 2 star rating because things were well organized and the store didn't smell.
Honestly I love the style encore franchise, but the owners of this store are rude and hire the rudest associates! Additionally, their prices run higher for the same brands I’d buy at other style encore stores. What I don’t like most, is this store specifically has a strict return policy/ store credit policy, unlike any other Style Encore I have shopped with. Was excited when I moved and saw there was a Style Encore here but after a few months of regular visits I stand by everything in my post. Hit the goodwill across the street instead, found a Burberry skirt there for $4 after being unsatisfied here.
This is my favorite store in Austin... my "little secret" for always having in-style, super affordable clothing that keeps my closet and my shopping addiction looking its best! Not only is the staff the friendliest and most helpful team in town, the owner always welcomes me by name and makes it a point to know her customers -- what other shop can say that?! Shopping in-store, I can promise you'll happen across something you never knew your closet needed... but also don't forget to follow them on Instagram, as they post daily finds that you can purchase directly from their IG posts! Seriously - I can't say enough good things about this store! Awesome customer service, amazing prices... and when I need to clean out my closet and make room for more, this is always the first place I go to sell my clothing, shoes & accessories. THANK YOU, Style Encore, for being the BEST!
I recommend this store to all my friends and family looking to buy or sell quality and designer fashion! I purchased my first Louis Vuitton here, and have had countless other finds. I sell regularly, and they make it so easy. The addition of their Instagram sales have been awesome since I live a bit further away now. I’ll be a regular as long as their doors are open!
Style Encore is my go-to store for great deals on Lululemon and all things athleisure. Everything I’ve gotten was high quality and looked practically new! The people working here are friendly and helpful. Shopping here is always a good time, even if I don’t find something that works for me that day!
I have been selling and shopping here for years. Always loved talking to the owner. The last two times I have been in have been a horrible experience. The first time I brought in a lot of JCrew and Anthropologie still with tags due in recent wait list. The girl who helped me was so rude and told me my clothes were out of date and not-sellable. They are from these season and bestsellers on both of their websites. Why did I decide to go back is a good question. I went in to drop off more items which included high end designer items recently purchased as well. I was literally accosted by one of the girls working there because I brought in four bags instead of three. Was not aware of a new policy. My bags were not completely full so I try to condense everything into the three and she starting yelling at me for doing that. Everyone in the store was looking at me. I left and was literally crying because I have just never been spoken to like that. I returned later and they did not but one piece. Pretty sure it was a petty reaction and I could tell they did not even go through it. Anyways their loss I took all the items from both times to other re-sale shop and walked away with a good amount of money. I will never step foot in there and highly recommend you do not .
Don’t bother trying to sell anything here, they won’t take it. Their criteria are extremely narrow, and they did not share these over the phone and so I wasted a trip coming out. They didn’t buy one single item, from three full bags! Including never worn with tags from brands like Nordstrom. Their clothes were pricy too, I feel, for resale.
