I chose product electric fireplacebecause of lifelike flame. Fast delivery as Stylish Fireplaces had the unit in inventory. Installed the fireplace myself without problems.
Excellent after-sales service. When I reported an issue with the fireplace purchased from Stylish Fireplaces, they ordered the part and gave me an appointment to replace the part. The Serviceman who came was very courteous and thorough. He even cleaned the fireplace glass on the inside while he was at it.
The heater on my fireplace stopped working. I just assumed it was a poor product and never got around to asking about it. Finally after the better part of a year I sent the company an email. They said I have a five year warranty and got their repair person to get in touch with how to fix the problem. He was great. Called within a few hours and emailed instructions. Everything’s working fine once again.

Many years ago, after a very long search, I finally found the electric fireplace I had been looking for. I dealt exclusively with Jeanne Grier who was extremely knowledgable and very good to work with. I have been very happy with my purchase. Recently, I thought I had a problem with the fireplace and sent Jeanne an email. She responded immediately and had her warranty and service person, Jonathan contact me. Jonathan went over and above to assist me and I am now continuing to enjoy my electric fireplace purchased from Stylish Fireplaces & Interiors. I had a magnificent 30th floor suite with a spectacular view. Inserting an Opti-Myst Pro 500 and Logset, into a custom built fireplace, transformed my suite into a warm and inviting "home" with a magical "wood-burning" fireplace appeal. I now spend ~4 hrs every day mesmerized by the very realistic "flame". I owe a huge debt of gratitude to Stylish Fireplaces and specifically to Jeanne Grier who was warm, friendly, technically competent and had a wonderful personality. She alone, is the reason I purchased from Stylish Fireplaces. Delivery of my purchase was also very prompt and efficient. I will recommend Stylish Fireplaces to everyone. I should add, that I wasted two months dealing with terrible service from several of your competitors before speaking with Jeanne Grier, who was a delight.
Awesome supplier to deal with! We wanted the Modern Flames Orion Slim OR60-SLIM linear fireplace 060S-220903-OR058. Their price was "much" lower than the Montreal dealer near where we live. We called, asked for info, got the right info, ordered, received it the next day from Toronto. What more can one ask for: amazing service.
