So happy I chose Substantial Moving Services to help with my move! I booked at the last minute & they were able to accommodate me into their schedule! They were super nice, quick, & very affordable! I definitely recommend booking with them if you are moving!
Loved their rep's attitude and his honesty. My moving coordinator was really good, I was really impressed, even though I wanted to compare other companies, I still came back to them I liked the honesty that they had and fair price. The crew that picked up and delivered my items were both really good. They picked up everything also packed for me, and they were really efficient, and they got it done quickly. They worked fast, and they also called me to update me on their arrival and pick up. They made sure of protecting everything and covering all the furniture. I would recommend. Great great job!!! We would like to thank Jorge for providing a satisfactory resolution to our concerns and answering all our questions. Will definitely be using them again
These people are experts in moving: they took my stress away for they are efficient and professional. Come with their gear wraps, blankets etc that protect my stuff. They are also punctual and easy to contact, set up appointments. This is the second time within a year I have help from Jorge and Paul. These guys are great, I trust my things with them!
I highly recommend George Cruz and the guys from Substantial Moving. I have used them over a dozen times for everything from moving homes, remodeling, and work. Their professionalism and efficiency stand out head and shoulder above any other movers I have ever used. I give George and his crew a resounding 5 stars.
Confirmed moving appointment a day and 1/2 before move but did not show up or respond to several messages. Left me in a terrible bind as I could not move my possessions on my own and I needed to vacate my then-residence.
