I had to stay here at Suburban for two days and the staff was attentive, very kind, and the interns were just as good. Some of the staff would share a laugh with you and made you feel that your health was important and that you mattered. This hospital staff modeled what health care embodies. Key word, CARE.
Dr. Mayer is absolutely amazing! She is genuinely concerned about you as a person and your health. I can honestly not say enough good things about her. The staff at the office is just as amazing...special shout out to Robin, Heather and Jenny ...your support throughout the years has not gone unnoticed. Kudos to all!
My recent experience with the Short Procedure Unit was great. Everyone was professional and pleasant. They were very attentive to my needs, and I felt their focus was on me and making sure my procedures were successful in every aspect.
Thank you to all the fellow physicians and aides for being patient, kind, and understanding. Very caring fellow physicians It's comforting to see Robins smile when you're not feeling well . SFM has truly been a blessing in my life. Everyone is friendly so I always feel comfortable. Great aides, very nice.
My wife went to the emergency room at this hospital. After 3 and a half hours, we left after not a single bit of treatment was performed. No nurse talked to her, no triage was done. Nothing. She was told they had a lot of ambulances coming in and exactly 2 came the entire 3 1/2 hours. That is absolutely unacceptable and inexcusable. Stay far, far away from this place. Einstein isn't great, but at least they'll triage you and treat you.
Wonderful medical team in the ED. Profesional staff, clean environment. Suburban Hospital ED has always been there for medical needs. Not that I like emergency visits... I am very happy to know there is a Community Hospital near by with quality care!
The radiology staff schedulers, technicians, and more at Sub Comm Hosp is wonderful. SCH retains old records, while other facilities in our area have come and gone. The continuity with SCH is greatly appreciated. Techs "K" and "B" who did my MRIs on 8/18/23 had also done previous Imaging on me, and they are a fantastic working pair - Knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I highly recommend SCH for Radiological studies.
Excellent care! Went in for outpatient surgery. Everyone was so friendly, nice and caring. From the young lady who registered me in to the hospital to the nurse who was watching over me when I woke up from surgery. The mammogram nurses were wonderful as was the doctor, and my Dr./Surgeon. Everything was explained clearly before and after. Would definitely use their services again although I hope I won’t have to.
Worst experience I have ever had at an ER. I saw that they had a online booking for the ER so I got an appointment online hoping to save time. I was told when I got there that it doesn’t even matter that I did that and they didn’t even ask to see the QR code that I was email with instructions for when I arrived. The lady registered me and waited for almost 3 hours. Never got triaged by a nurse or talked to anyone but the people that registered me. I asked once about an hour and half of waiting if there was an updated, all the lady said was no beds and nothing more. Then at about the 3 hour mark I asked another person and she said that they had some ambulances come in which I understand takes precedence, but I only saw maybe one or two in the 3 hours of me being there. All she said I was the next on the list to go back and she didn’t know when that would be. For reference, I was the only one in the waiting when I arrived, and there were two people that came in after me. It is very concerning that there isn’t even a triage nurse taking vitals. I have been two 5 other ERs in my life time and there was always a triage station. Do not go to this ER if you can avoid it. There are long wait times at Einstein Montgomery, but the care was way better.
ER visit on 8/15/23. Very friendly, caring and efficient staff. Definitely the place you want to go when you’re having a health emergency, there was no waiting and I went through intake, treatment and discharge in under and hour and on my way home feeling better and with prescriptions. I would definitely recommend this ER to anyone so much that I actually drove from Philly to avoid the nonsense that goes on in inner city hospitals, like metal detectors and armed guards that treat you like a criminal in the worst possible moment of your life.
