This place is the slowest place I've ever been too, they move you to a "fast pass" area just for urine screens but they move slower than those who are waiting for a full physical exam. They either need to hire more staff or retrain the staff they have to move faster with more urgency. Just be prepared to be here for AT LEAST a hour.
Kim is the reason I was able to get hired at the job I’ve been wanting for a while now. She literally took out time in her day to speak with my supervisor that didn’t want to resend a barcode. She vouched for me so that my job knew I wasn’t lying. It was a back and forth thing because it was hard getting in contact with them. But she made sure she vouched for me and I now have the job I’ve wanted for so long. Thank you so much. Keep changing lives in your everyday life. Your awesome!!!
It definitely should not take an hour and a half to take a single urine sample. I work in an urgent care facility as well so I know how long drug screens take and the inefficiencies of this staff is beyond any reasonable expectation.
Josh, Kim, and Danielle were a pleasure to work with! Great clinic! And guys need a raise. Were very friendly and made the visit comforting.
Josh was extremely friendly, he was helpful and informative. He took extra time with me answering questions I had about a specific service, and was really down to earth. I was in and out of here in fifteen minutes. They're fast! Shelby was also very helpful.
Kim is the reason me and my partner have our jobs we’ve been wanting and we soooo appreciate her taking the time out of her day to help us solve our problems. She is the best. She doesn’t even know how many lives she has changed just by being who she is. So I just want to say thank you so much for going above and beyond. Also Danielle is also a very helpful person. She went above and beyond with reaching out to our employer as well. She left messages and called on three way. She is a awesome person and Very king and informing. I came in today for a urinalysis. My experience with the staff was great. Time it took to sign in and be seen was expedient. Friendly group and seemed appreciative toward me my show of respect for them. Josh was my nurse and he did a great job and held conversation while doing so. Thanks again Suburban Occupational Health group.
Went there for a physical. Josh was very helpful and professional. Kept me updated as the doctor was running late.
This is by far the best place to get your physical! The sweet young Sarah and awesome young man Josh were very helpful and gentle. I highly recommend this place for your physicals thank you suburban for having amazing employees Mark from Texas
I've been driving for 23 years and had to get recertified for my DOT. 1st time come into suburban and I'm gonna say they are the most efficient place I have ever been. Just everybody there was on top of their job. Thank you
