This place has gone downhill, it used to have the most amazing ladies working at lunch and I haven't seen them for awhile. Have twice asked for a sub to be toasted and both times it's barely warm. Today the sandwich wasn't even made correctly, ingredients added that I didn't order or want. Will be finding a new location from now on.
This subway has excellent meatball sandwiches and the lady working there is so nice and courteous. She made me a tailored sandwich that was absolutely delicious with twice baked fresh iltain herb and cheese bread. The rosemary spice was a perfect final touch. This subway is preferred. Did a mobile order through this location. Needless to say, if you have plenty of time30 minutes then you might be alright. Put an order and said it would take 15 minutes. Well when we got there at pickup, they never even had started it. Also not very professional working staff. Go to another subway.
Every time I visit one of the franchises stores in Maryville I get half the meat and 75% of actual ingredients that are advertised. Why are these subways so cheap. I won’t drive to the closest store on topside Dr that actually makes a good sandwich. These down here make weak sandwiches. Since they don’t even take Subway coupons at the store inside Walmart on 411, or the one on Broadway or the one on alcoa highway. I assume they are owned by the same greedy franchisee. They are ruining the subway brand. I’m done! Jersey Mikes here I come.

Tried to go through the drive through but no one answered it I sat there for a while and finally went In they looked understaffed the food was ok I guessFood: 3/5
Placed mobile order. Long wait for completion. Forgot to deliver soda. Soda was dead flat. Last visit!Food: 2/5
Needed more help for the volume of drive through, call in and standing in person. Floor was dirty. But you know they were open on Sunday. The food was good, what you would expect at a Subway. Just needed one more person and maybe a better shift manager?
Things have really changed at this Subway and not for the better. Since my last review 5 years ago, a Bojangles, a Wendy's and a Chic Fila have surrounded this place, severely cutting into the business. The staff didn't seem to think so but maybe they are not supposed to say. It feels like it's going downhill. Know how you can tell? It's not clean. I was there at 11 am and every table was dirty. The glass enclosure over the food was smudged. The floor had not been swept or mopped. One of the staff was picking up trash in the parking lot. Now, I'm not saying that shouldn't be done, but 30 minutes before the lunch crowd comes in, don't you think you should be cleaning the tables? The windows had not been cleaned in so long their was a film over them. And they are huge windows so it was more than obvious. Subway on W. Broadway, if you want to compete with those other restaurants, you've got to get out the cleaning supplies. And use them regularly.
Staff is nice, good is fresh. Service is good. I've never been a big subway fan, but the roasted chicken was a game changer. My only complaint is $28 for 2 foot long combos in East Tennessee. I can't not tip these folks. It's not the staffs fault. So we walk away with a $34 bill. So we just go less often.
