Very poor management, and mean very poor. The manager walking from the back to front not helping her team. But just looking at a long line of customers and not helping out. It took me 20 minutes and I just the 4th person in line. The only good thing was they put more meat on your sandwiches. It will be a very long time before I come back. If I do I will peep through the wind I w just to see if the same people are still working.
The food was good and the service was good once you could get it. The wait was long. They only had 1 person working. Eventually after 15-20 minutes someone showed up to help then even after questioning the pricing of an item I was told it was correct but was overcharged. Overall, it was not the best experience.
Never lived in a place where the store closes every day at 7p and sometimes before then. Not to mention it's not the cleaninest place. Also, there's no public restrooms available ever. The employees are 50/50, depends on who's there. Tuskegee as a whole has to do better for their citizens and bring better asap.
I usually have a good experience when I go here sometimes they're slow but the food is usually good. The last time I went I had to teach the girl how to make my pizza even though there were 3 other employees in the store with her at the time. This time my bf went & got one and they told him the sausage was frozen so I called like 30 min later just to be told they were out. I just hate being lied to!
Horrible experience. The staff aren't taking the pandemic seriously. They don't want to wash their hands,or wear a mask. Additional training may be needed.
Friendly staff, fast service, clean place. they have a perfect score from the health inspector. will definitely go back
It clearly says online that they're open until 10pm, yet when I placed my order online, they called to tell me they close at 930... last time I checked I can read and that's definitely not what it says anywhere
Great customer service and prepared everything exceptionally well
You're typical Subway restaurant, but it is better than most of the other fast food restaurants in the area. If you go between 12-1pm for lunch, expect to spend as few more minutes in line.
I only been twice since this year I ate from them me and my mother but she doesn't like it I kinda do . I haven't had Subway in a long time long time .So I had to try it out .
