Pulled up. Placed order on screen. Met with a smile. Was told out of chips I wanted. Gave me a different kind of chips. Cold cut combo w/cheddar. Soft bread. Not toasted & no condiments warming up sub later. Fresh veggies pickles, spinach, banana peppers, green peppers. Dr Pepper. Thank you for the fast and friendly service!
All I got was meat and cheese on my Italian BMT. No oil, vinegar, tomatoes, lettuce and onions. This the 3rd time from this store. My work doesn’t allow me to leave. Then no one answers the phone. Pathetic, Didn’t get my chips either.
Wouldn't pick this location. Literally takes 0 pride in what they are doing. My sandwich after asking her to take off half the mayo she drowned my sandwich in she puts almost as much chipotle on it. My sandwich was so sloppy it was almost inedible. Literally had to wipe myself whether it be my face or my shirt off after every single bite. Was not enjoyable at all. This location seems to be very sloppy and teaching others to be sloppy. I saw the order the guy was making before mine that was online and I thought man I'm glad that's not my sandwich. I don't want him making mine. He didn't the girl did and she was no better. I mean come on. So disappointed that I chose here to go to lunch.
Ordered delivery. 1 footlong on cheese and herb bread. NOT. Ordered foot long turkey with mayo, oil and vinegar, lettuce,onion and it was to be toasted. I have no idea what they gave me. It had green peppers, spinach, tomatoes, pickles, jalapeño peppers and some orange dressing. I called the store, asked for manager. I was told no manager there until 4pm tomorrow. I asked for the correct sandwich to be delivered. I was told would have to pay for doordash again. This is the 4th time in a row that my order was wrong. I can not eat this sandwich. I'm going to save it and drop it on their counter when I go to get a refund. Would not let me speak to manager. I was told there is nothing they can do. Said they had 5 orders at one time and must have messed up the orders. My husband order was also wrong but he ate his. Mine is going back to the store and dumped on the counter. NEVER AGAIN.
I love Subway and have been going for years but have constantly had bad experiences at this Subway. Tonight, I placed a mobile order at 7:48 pm which was to be ready at 8:05 pm. My order was confirmed and I saw the sandwich artist started making my order so I headed towards the store at 7:55 pm since I live about 10 minutes away. Once I pulled up, both the store and drive-thru was empty. I walked in exactly at 8:05 pm and the employee told me he was just now starting my order. Okay, that’s no problem. I’m patient because I know how it is to work at a food place. I step to the side when a family of 4 walks in. At this point, my sandwiches are almost done. They just needed mayo. Instead of finishing my two sandwiches, he starts to work on the family of 4’s subs. That’s also no problem but he quite literally finished their sandwiches before even getting back to mine. He had to have another employee finish mine which took 15 seconds. I waited an extra 10-15 minutes for my order while being ignored by the first employee just for a second employee to come up and finish it in 15 seconds. There have been a few times where I’ve come in to get my pickup order and it’s just been wrong as well. I suggest driving the extra few miles to the Raymore location. The staff seems to care a lot more over there.
I made a mobile order thru the app, they didn’t receive it, then I was told that they didn’t have enough bread to make the orders that they had already. And I was also told that the manager wouldn’t be in till later and they didn’t know when I’d be getting my refund either. They were kind of rude about the whole interaction.
Ordered a sub thru doordash for delivery and when I recieved my sub I was shocked that somebody at subway decided I wasn't allowed to have bread. They just put the sub contents into a bowl. What takes the cake is nothing else in the order was wrong. Subway.....What will they think of next?
I like coming here and I feel very sorry for the woman working by herself. But if your by yourself close the lobby and deal with drive thru. I have waited 40 mins in the line and I'm the only car while she does everyone in the store. I don't wanna be rude and drive off, but my lunch break is almost over.
Employees didn't act like they even knew how to take an order. 3 dudes up front. Not sure what their problem was! Gave us a water with the combo meal!Food: 5/5
Absolutely ridiculous customer service don’t even waste your time going. First time, placed order in drive thru on a day where it was basically empty inside and none else in line. Waited in window for 30 minutes before someone came saying they just started their shift and their sorry the previous person forgot my order? Next experience this evening go to the door 20 mins before close to be greeted by a rude look from an employee who was locking up. Politely asked if drive thru to be told, “obviously” for them to not even take the order. They need to shut this place down. It used to be great but the quality, product availability and customer service is not worthy of two minutes of your time. Firehouse subs it is I guess.
