If I could give Zero today I would. No lettuce, No shredded cheese, No Bacon, No provolone. Sandwich consited of chicken, mozzarella with an up charge sauce. Waste of money. Management needs to make sure necessities are there. Was suppossed to be chicken bacon. Can't even make a veggies sub. So sad but my advice don't go the for awhile. Nothing to put on your bread except sauces.

Great customer service even at 8pm on a Sunday. Good job working the inside and drive through by yourself.
Stopped in today at noon. One person in front of me. The employee working by herself made his order. In the mean time someone pulled up to the window. After finishing with the person before me she told the person at the window it would be 10 minutes before she got to him, then told me she would get to me when she could and started making internet orders. She was very rude! Anyone in the store or drive thru should be taken care of first, then online orders. This is not the first time this has happened. I used to go there quite a lot, but now I will never go back!
Employee was working by herself and very unfriendly, a vehicle pulled in and she sighed and made a comment under her breath in disgust, it was 7:45p. I order my sub BMT FL and it seemed like I had ordered something extravagant. The kicker was I went to use a valid subway coupon for $5.99 and she wouldn’t take it. I asked for her to contact a manager, she says no manager and she won’t answer. This subway employee chose to throw away my sandwich instead of taking a coupon. No signs up stating no coupons and if they run this store this way I’m really surprised they’re still in business.
Server overworked had to wait. Vegetables like lettuce and spinach wilted and yucky looking Food: 2/5
Great place to get me a low carb salad. The kids love it. The grandkids love it. Throw me some meat and some salad dressing and a nice salad and it's keto friendly or even Atkins if you like that.
The woman that works the weekend days here is just the nicest. I keep forgetting to ask her name, but even when the place is busy and she is stuck there alone she manages a smile. She takes care to make sure everything is correct, but she is fast and efficient. The owner should do something about the flies though. You'd think they were hiding dead bodies under piles of elephant shik by the number of flies in the place sometimes.
Will never go to the one in Sheffield Lake Ohio. They do not honor coupons that are sent to my house.
