I placed an order online and mad a mistake by adding pickles so I went earlier before they made my sandwich. The lady was ready to make my sandwich so I told her not to add pickles. She told me I have to add pickles since it’s on the online order and she went ahead and put the pickles. Of course I refused the get the sandwich and get co worker apologized and made me a new sandwich. The lady obviously hates her job she is in her 50’s if you go there and see her walk away

We just had the worse experience with the lady that supposedly she was “the manager” We were a group of friend boys and girls talking about how good was the food at subway, after 30min of waiting the Lady that was there Told us to wait for her cause she was preparing bread for future customer! We couldn’t believed it.. so we just left

Placed a mobile order at this location at 3:55pm. The young lady behind the counter was very friendly and professional. The salad was perfectly made. The bag had everything it had to. Just enough napkins, silverware and croutons. Doesn’t sound like a big deal but it is. It is not very often you get great service with a smile. Thank you for making my order. :

when i was leaving just to grab my chips there was a COCKROACH on them i had already paid and just showed it to the guy and left but it was so disgusting that i just turned around and i threw both sandwiches in the trashcan... i took a picture but it was with snapchat i was not able to screenshot... i demand a refund!!!!

With everything going on in the world today, people complaining about service is not helpful and petting considering how hard the few people there are willing to work have it. Tonight I walked in with my young daughters that could not make up their minds on what they wanted and Ariel working by himself with all the patience in the world took the time amd was all smiles..my 10 year old twins later told me they wish there where more people like him....enough said.

They charged us extra because we only wanted one type of meat. They still made our sub wrong. They didn’t want to exchange it. They said they had to call their manager. They finally decided to exchange it but with an attitude. Yes it’s fresh but their customer service is awful!

I’ve been meaning to write this review for awhile and I had a very set mind about this subway until today. My boyfriend and I have been coming to this subways for YEARS now and we were always attended by the old manager Beatriz. A few months back I was alerted that Beatriz has taken on a new role in the company and the new managers name is Berthania. At first it was glares, my boyfriend likes a lot of spicy and everytime we would ask for extra she would just give us a look to the point where we started feeling uncomfortable whenever we would order with her. The last straw was a day where I asked for extra mozzarella because she would cut a single slice in 4 pieces and charge me 2 dollars. She told me I would have to pay extra. My normal 27 dollar order suddenly became 34. I asked why she responded with “store policy” which I didn’t mind but I had ordered the same many times and never paid that amount. After this whenever she would be on shift I would turn around and eat somewhere else. That all changed today. I had the pleasure of meeting Ariel and Anna. They completely changed my mind about this subway. I have received the BEST SERVICE I have ever gotten at that subway ever. I will come back JUST FOR THEM they made me and my boyfriend feel so comfortable with our experience and for once my boyfriend didn’t feel ashamed for his selecting of sandwich. Subway if there is anything you can take from this review, is to hire more employees like Ariel and Anna who care for their customers. Ariel has apperently been working for many years and came back after awhile. His service and knowledge shows this. If this manager continues her wrath of rudeness and stinginess she will run this subway to the ground.  the worst part is that I complained about the manager at the store and the customer behind me agreed and started telling her story how sad.

I order a meatball salad  when I got to my car the meatballs ware cold from a fridge temperature.  The person that I talk to was extremely disrespectful she got mad BC I hear her talking to the manager and she told the manager she heat the meatballs which is not true! And I told her not to lie she come out of her work area as if she wanted to get in to a physical fight with me I was so shock! They really need some customer service training. Was the worse experince ever.

The lady who takes orders, is the worse person you can have for customer service. Don’t go to that subway

Giving 2 star just to be nice. The lady who attended me had very little patient. I came in with my nephew, and he was deciding on topics and she kept trying to hurry him up, considering there was no line.  Not satisfied with service at all.
