Since 2015 it has been the Mission of Success Academy South Bend to create an environment that develops a sense of belonging, respect, value, engagement and true grit in every student. Faculty and Staff strive to instill in each student the ability to succeed in establishing and maintaining an engaging innovative and entrepreneurial culture with the overarching Vision to Prepare Students for LIFE.
Success Academy’s grade levels and classrooms are organized into small learning communities to give the students an overall immersive learning experience. These classrooms consist of a group of modular spaces placed around a central flex area. This design allows for the individual rooms to adapt to different space requirements on a class-by-class basis. This gives teachers the ability to have many smaller size classrooms or one large one for cooperative classroom projects and events.
