Serena was my technician and was so very upbeat and kind. This was my first mammogram, and I was a bit nervous, but Serena made the process easy with great guidance and explanations and made me feel very comfortable. She also offered to show me my scans afterwards, which was fantastic. I always ask to see any scans I get, and I love that she beat me to it. All the desk staff were nice and efficient. Maybe I lucked out going at a time when there was no one really there. It definitely expedited things to fill out all the forms on MyChart first. The waiting room and imaging room environment was like hanging out in your wealthy, recluse great aunt’s drawing quarters. It’s a nice change of pace from a modern, cold hospital setting. I feel really good knowing there is such a nice facility close to me.

Every member of the staff at the Sue A. deMille Women’s Diagnostic Center over the years has displayed great skill, kindness, genuine concern, excellent communication and professionalism. I have had my annual mammograms done at the Center for over 20 years. Having been diagnosed with breast cancer 2 years ago I can only look back at that experience positively. After surgery and radiation , I am currently cancer free - thanks to the skills and wonderful support and guidance of the Center staff. Thank you so much.

The Texas Health Plano Breast Center - Sue A. de Mille Women's Diagnostics Center is great place for women to get their annual breast screenings or exams. There is not a long wait and the staff is very accommodating and professional. The Radiologists, one of whom is Dr. Stacy Lee is very pleasent, transparent and specific with any questions you may have in regards to breast screenings and diagnostics. In most cases, you will get results and answers within the same day.

Dr. Lee and her entire staff have been amazing!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Dr. Lee is caring, thorough and took amazing care of me!! Her staff is phenomenal as well. I will only go to Dr. Lee from now on!!!

Serena is a great team member. She did my mammogram with out any pain and also my bone density test. I felt completely comfortable and without any stress!

based on the reviews I was skeptical and prayed before I went in. They were such a lovely, helpful staff. Amber was my ultrasound tech and she was nice and gentle, Dr. Lee was so helpful and reassuring. Loved my experience and am so grateful. These visits are always high stress for patients and it’s nice to know that they take their jobs seriously in making our experience seamless. God’s blessings to them all!
