Living out of state Sueppel's is usually my go to for floral arrangements and green plants for loved one's in Iowa City. Confirmation of my order, as well as delivery is quick and reassuring. Products received are as pictured.
Beautiful arrangement of a generous selection of flowers for a birthday bouquet. Online ordering was easy and delivery was exactly as requested.
Another great product and delivery. Consistently superior. The flowers were great and they last.
Flowers on the right are what were pictured and purchased. Approximately 36 flowers in the arrangement since they come in dozens. Flowers on the left are what my wife received 12 flowers. Will never do Business with them again.

The clerk who took my order was very good at understanding what I wanted. The price was a little higher than I expected, but I'll chalk that up to my penny-pinching tendencies. The Lilies were absolutely beautiful and the recipient said the scent was heavenly. It was a get well bouquet, and the flowers' aroma was given credit for getting her well! Thanks Sueppels!
Great communication as I ordered online. They did send me a voicemail saying they could not send that type of plant as it wasn't in season. I could not answer the phone at the time, whole reason I ordered online , the bear I ordered was supposed to be brown and they sent a white bear instead. I would have never chosen white to go to a sick child in the hospital. So, not satisfied with that online. It needs to be updated or that item taken off when not in season. But what upset me the most, was the bear. I ordered a bear that was in the picture online, which was brown. They sent a white bear. This was to a sick child and the white bear was not a good idea. They get soiled very easy and I wanted the typical teddy bear color.

Edit: after my initial review, Sueppels reached out to me. I was able to share pictures with them in regards to what my expectations had been and what was recieved. Without hesitation, they made a lovely and very fragrant bouquet that more resembled what I had ordered from the website and delivered it. My suggestion to anyone when ordering flowers, skip the "big name" websites such as flowers.com or in my case FromYouFlowers and go directly to the actual suppliers website. The local business will be able to supply photographs of what they are more likely to provide the consumer instead of fancy, artificial stock photos. Suepells wanted to make sure that their customers were satisfied and I am happy to say they came through on their promises. I ordered a $100 dollar bouquet from a website that contracted out Suepells, for mothers day. It was so poorly done my mom actually thought someone had tossed flowers into a vase that was too big. She had no idea that I sent it until she read the card because the quality of the bouquet was so poorly done, not something I would have sent. There should have been a dozen purple roses with lilacs and purple fillers but instead I received 6 short pink roses with a few twigs of what looks like violets. This was a $30 bouquet at best. After speaking to others it seems this is the norm for this company and do not recommend using them.
The flowers were delivered on the day expected. There were good emails sent in case mistakes were made, they could be corrected if notified early enough. The flowers were beautifully arranged and the pictures were very telling of the final product. They were even generous with the number of flowers for the size I bought it seemed, which I was very pleased about. The prices were good, not great, but I am very pleased and would reccomend for others.
