Great place to rent for parties like showers, gradutions, or other family gatherings. It's a cute building and resonably priced. The upper level has great lighting and the lower level has a kitchen and bathrooms. Both floors have big open areas. The building comes with lots of tables and chairs available to use, but set up and take down is on the renter so make sure to have help.
Went to a birthday party there and it was very nice. Plenty of room for all the people there. I would recommend this place to other people having parties or get togethers.
