Suffolk County Police Department - Fifth Precinct

I have never met such incredibly compassionate officers. My housemate needed to file a complaint, but I was hesitant having a car come to the house because my twins are PETRIFIED of police cars, however the complaint needed to be filed and officer Pulaski responded. when I explained why my twins were so upset he proceeded to ask my twin B if he would like to see the car to show him its not scary or anything to be afraid of. what a wholesome moment in my life and I will never forget his character and heart in the situation. thank you officer. we back the blue <3

No police in Bayport anymore, porch pirates, cars are broken into, and an over throttling, speeding biker terrorizing the neighborhood. And in Bayport the only police cars will be found hanging out at the Firehouse. Patrol Bayport without having to be called, especially around our schools to protect our children.

I just want to express my sincere gratitude for the fifth precinct that responded to Renaissance Bay last Friday afternoon April 15th . First the service of professionalism was second to none. Capable is an understatement with respect and genuine concern for my apartment that was on fire and my welfare. Honestly they deserve the recognition that my mere words cannot express. A big thank you!

11/22/19 The COPE officers came to our community The Vineyards at Blue Point contacting them to come and speak which they graciously accepted. They educated us on scams and saftey and answered any of our concerns. A BIG THANKS to them.

The cops I dealt with tonight are horrible and non professional. Without the facts they determined I had no just concerns or worries. Then they say call us. Dont protect yourself. The day I trust the 5th is the day I just disregard my personal safety.

Some of the best police officers are at the fifth the SCPD has always been their for me always treated me well I always wave and say hi when I see them around town excellent cops .

Professional, polite, fair and best of all: they set a good example for the community. Thank you for all your good work!
