Wonderful experience with the staff! Anthony & Melinda were always available to answer any questions my sisters & I had. Anthony was so attentive to every request we had! The facility is so beautiful! On the date of our service we meet Ms. Burnell, funeral director. She was also awesome! I would certainly recommend Sugar Land Mortuary.
This place was phenomenal and took care of our loved one and all our needs in preparation for their celebration of life. The staff Donell, Melinda and day of coordinator went above and beyond to make sure our questions, needs and requests were met. And the facility was beautiful and even had nice banquet room for us to rest a nourish ourselves between services. Also an amazing family room which worked great to keep all the kiddos in. Highly recommend Sugarland Mortuary.
The excellent service that we received from Mr. Williams and his team at Sugar Land Mortuary was above and beyond all that I could have imagined. When I first arrived at the funeral home, I thought that I was in the wrong place. It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! When I went in and saw the décor and the level of detail that the staff puts toward their service, I immediately assumed that I could not afford it. But Mr. Williams and his staff was very accommodating to me financially and did not pressure me into more than I was willing to spend in honor of my deceased loved one. I was only interested in the cremation service and Sugar Land Mortuary treated that service like a 5-star funeral service. I highly recommend Sugar Land Mortuary for the proper burial or cremation of your deceased loved one. He will treat YOUR deceased loved one like it was HIS deceased loved one.
I can not say enough about this business, they make you feel exceptional from the moment you walk in the door. Their professionalism impeccable. Planning my Mother's funeral was the hardest thing I had to do and Mr. Williams, Ms. Vera and Chris and other staff was so supportive to me and my family and made my Mother look so beautiful. I would recommend this business to everyone.
Mr. Williams and the entire staff at Sugar Land Mortuary went above and beyond during this very difficult time for the family. The initial visit to the SLM was impressive. The venue is simply AMAZING; so many amenities, some that we had not seen the likes of! We were pleasantly greeted by staff and received exceptional service throughout. Unlike other similar establishments, there wasn't that typical melancholy feeling associated with making decisions for services for the departed; instead the staff made this part of the process personable and warm. This coupled with the gorgeous facility, embracing staff, full service offerings and attention to detail, separates Sugar Land Mortuary apart from the pact from my perspective-- they are one of the very BEST in the business and I'm extremely particular and opinionated and have been to services in many states so for me they are #1 hands down. Continuing on, their unique service offerings and their staff assisted with all the arrangements. On the day of the service, everything was picture perfect, actually exceeding expectations. Overall, I must say, Sugar Land Mortuary is indeed a first class operation. I would highly recommend SLM to anyone looking for a unique end to end professional service -- a service for their loved one that affords style, grace and dignity as a beautiful send off for saying final goodbyes~ HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Mr. Williams and his staff went above and beyond during a difficult time for me and my family. When I first went to visit the funeral I was pleasantly greeted by staff and received exceptional service. Chris, Melinda and the rest of the staff assisted with the arrangements so all would be taken care of. On the day of the funeral, my grandmother was absolutely beautiful! We received compliments on her all evening. During the wake the staff was attentive and made sure appetizer and drinks were available for all in attendance of the service. We were also pleasantly surprised when received a nice gift about a month later from them. All in all Sugar Land Mortuary is a true class act! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for classy professional service.
I cannot say enough good things about the care and professionalism of my entire experience with Sugarland Mortuary. They were very accommodating and helpful in guiding my family throughout the entire process. The sweet, kind and personal service we received during one of the hardest points in our lives was made easier by Mr. Williams and all of his staff. In a very short time, they were able to assemble a wonderful service that was perfectly in line with our family's wishes for how we would want to honor him. The facility is beautiful, like no other funeral home that we visited, and there were so many small added amenities that provided a very comfortable environment for a nice tribute. We feel so fortunate to have found this facility and their wonderful staff.
