My daughter began piano lessons about six months ago, and it's been amazing to see her progress. Her teacher Mr. Shahab is a truly gifted teacher who makes learning fun and engaging for children. We're incredibly grateful for his professionalism and kindness.

No, don't risk your kid's future here. Your kids will be left behind compared to other kids from other studios if you ask your school music teachers!! But the geological location is very convenient for the unknowingly parents and students. You have been warned.
We wanted to find a great music school and piano teacher that fit our toddler’s personality. And we found this school who we met Mr. Steven, our son’s piano teacher. We are so glad we did! Mr. Steven is absolutely AMAZING. We mean it from the bottom of our hearts. Mr. Steven was kind, patient and willing to help our son get to where he need to be. We love this school and Mr. Steven for being so willing to help, be flexible and to work with our son accordingly. Mr. Steven is an exceptional teacher and an AWESOME person all around. Mr. Steven is truly a valuable asset to the Sugar Land Music school. We are very pleased and grateful to have found this school and Mr. Steven as our son’s new piano teacher. We look forward to many more lessons to come and watching our son grow in his musical journey with Mr Steven at Sugar Land Music School.
Our son has been attending Sugar Land Music School for almost a year. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this school as well as our son’s instructor Ms.Tamara. We just had our December recital recently, and it was so beautifully presented. The manner in which Ms.Maureen honored each performer reflected her passion and love of teaching her students.
Our daughters take piano lessons here; the older one for over 6 years and the younger one has just started. The owner and primary piano teacher Ms. Maureen is very professional, and coaches and disciplines kindly. All the teachers our kids have had so far are very good and work well with young kids starting school age. All classes are private with personal attention to detail. Even during the pandemic, classes continued on zoom. The place is well kept with individual rooms for lessons and practice. Situated in the heart of Sugar Land, access is convenient. Recitals every six months are a great opportunity to give the kids a platform to show off their skills on stage and feel special. Ms. Maureen and her team takes extra effort to put these semi-annual programs together. Formal exams are conducted to support academic progress. A lot of practice is required to acquire any skill, and they follow up with feedback to make sure kids practice at home between classes. Great to have this music school in the neighborhood! Thank you Ms. Maureen and Sugar Land Music School team to bring music to us and our families!

Our oldest daughter 15 years old started her piano lessons with Sugar Land Music School when she was in first grade. Ms. Maureen her teacher has always been very inspiring and always makes sure our daughter is playing the piano the proper way. Ms. Maureen has also been patient in taking the time to work with our daughter to help her continue her piano classes instead of giving it up as the high school workload gets heavier. Our second daughter 8 years old has been learning from Ms. Samantha for the past two years. Ms. Samantha is a wonderful teacher and she has always been kind and has continued to encourage and challenge our daughter. Our youngest daughter 7 years old started her piano lessons last year with Ms. Sarah who has also been very nice and motivating. The recital performances twice a year is a great opportunity to help kids conquer stage fright and build up their confidence in their musical abilities. Overall, Sugar Land Music School is a wonderful fit for our kids.
Both my kids have been learning piano at the Sugarland Music School since they were 5. We love the school, the teachers and the flexibility we have with them. Ms. Maureen has been very accomodative to our children's needs and assigned teachers according to their skill level which keeps them challenged at the same time allowing them to enjoy the leaning process. 5 stars for all the great work the school has been doing!!
This music school is excellent. They are very effective at teaching music and making our children feel very comfortable when studying the lessons needed to advance. If you are looking for a place that will work with your children and ensure they have fun while learning, then I highly recommend this school.
