Amazing getaway! Pet friendly cabins available as well. Directions were a little rough given by the guy at the gas station traffic light number 2..lol..but once we got there and settled in everything was great! Game room, hot tub, deck overlooking the valley. Gorgeous scenery
Very nice and very clean. If you plan on parking more then one motorcycle there, be careful because there's not a flat driveway. We had 4 Harley's and it was very hard to park them on level group. Other then that the cabin was very nice and welcomes pets. We had a good time riding the Smokies.
The cabin was absolutely beautiful as were the grounds surrounding. My family loved it!
Stayed years ago and left bad review then. Rented our family a dirty cabin with soiled bed linens and filthy hot tub. Took 6 hrs to get clean bed linens. 3 days to have hot tub cleaned. Recieved no refund other than the hot tub cleaning fee of 50$. Staff was very rude and unconcerned. In fact would not even speak with me in the office on the third day of hit tub still being dirty. Was “ asked” to leave when i went to managers office anyways. Been 7 yrs i think. Still upsets me. Ruined our vacation that year. Not sure of the cabin name. But ut was in the legacy mountain community.
We stayed at “Southern Charm” after using Sugar Maple Cabins for several vacations. Very disappointing this time. The furniture was disgusting...ripped with plastic and wires sticking out and FILTHY. My son got a rash after laying on the couch. There were egg shells in the trash upon arrival, empty soda bottles in the window sill, dead bugs, the floor obviously hadn’t been mopped or cleaned in a long time, showers were dirty. Again, VERY disappointing. Before this was a Wyndham resort we were always very happy with our accommodations. I’ll be looking for a different place to stay after many trips to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg using Sugar Maple Cabins because these accommodations were not worth the high price; we couldn’t wait to leave.
I Highly recommend them we stayed in Moutain Dreams in Starr Crest Resort it was close to everything and beautiful views from either porch. We had an awesome stay and the views was beautiful we had one problem the refrigerator wasn't working we called and they sent someone right away and they replaced the refrigerator. Other then that we had no problem our stay there was wonderful. You so close to Dolly Wood you can here the Train Horn blowing every so often our grand Daughters loved hearing the horn.
We truly enjoyed our stay at Sugar Maple Cabins. The Million Mile View cabin was breathtaking. Pictures do not do it justice, one must personally visit to appreciate God's creation. The Cabin was fabulous and decor was quite pleasurable. The cabin was spotless and we appreciate everything Diane did for us. We will visit again!
EASTER family trip RUINED!! This was my family's 2nd annual trip to Pigeon Forge to celebrate the Easter weekend. We stayed in the Home Theater Lodge because the original cabin we selected was no longer available as the owners sold the place or went through another venue. We check the website and it seemed like a perfect place. We had no problems with the facility the representative placed us in. Upon arrival we walk in and see a chunk of tile missing, blinds broken, curtain rods bent or missing, no cover on the hot tub and it didn't work, dirt was swept under the rugs, bed sheets were still dirty from the previous tenants where upon leaving a dirty sock was found, TVs were missing, projector screen was torn, theater seats were ripped with arms missing, arcade games did not work, poker table was burnt, pool table pockets were coming off the pool table, shower curtain liners were missing, tubs didn't drain, oven continuously timed out we couldn't bake and cook on stove top at the same time. Not to mention the oven door handle popped off when we tried to remove food. This overall experience was completely horrible and not what we expected from this company or Sugar Maple Cabins. Especially since we had to pay a $950 damage deposit!! We will NEVER stay at any cabin ran by Majestic Mountain or Sugar Maple Cabins again. My only advice is to definitely not believe the pictures you see on their website and don't expect them to accommodate you if you are dissatisfied.
217Amet Way. We will never recommend this company to our worst enemies let alone friends.We paid for 4 night stay over Thanksgiving. We rented this cabin to enjoy our time together as a family. The cabin was not clean, drawers in refrigerator broken, pool area moldy/musty smell. Old spaghetti sauce dried on the main living area floor. Beds broken, fan blades so loose the fan wobbling to much to use, arcade games didn't work, washer takes 3-4 times to spin the water out the clothes, the dryer takes 2-3 times to dry the clothes, the threshold at back door rotted and in need of repair. The cabinet in the kitchen fell apart and the dishes came flying out and broke in many pieces at 11:55 pm when no one was around! Which was a blessing or the story would have not ended well. We talked to the neighbors and they kindly informed us that the owner doesn't really care so nothing will be done. We are still waiting a response from the manager at Sugar Maple Cabins/Wyndham vacation rentals. Be good to yourself and look elsewhere!!
Our cabin had a breathtaking view. It was fully appointed with every convenience, and everything worked perfectly. Each night we relaxed in the outdoor hot tub, and in the morning just took in the view. Not only would we love to come back, it will be a wonderful memory!
