Year 3 of coming here & it’s the best decision I’ve made! There is such a positive, inclusive & kind vibe here at this salon! Ambers been doing my hair- & it’s just phenomenal!!! I always feel so comfortable and confident in her chair. Honestly, if she wasn’t available I would still trust that any of these girls can do just as good! The team is great about communicating about the pricing & my hair goals. If you are needing to try/find a new place… 10/10 recommend Sugar Shack!!Services: Shampoo & conditioning
This is the first time I have ever done my hair this drastic and I can honestly say I was blown away by how amazing this color turned out! This is exactly what I was looking for! As you can tell by the huge smile on my face I was ecstatic! I will always come here from now on to get my hair done. Haleigh was an amazing stylist and definitely understood the assignment by going above and beyond! The entire time I was there she made sure I was comfortable and offered me drinks and snacks that the salon provided. From the moment I walked into Sugar Shack it felt super warm and welcome and they even have a super rad waiting area. This is definitely the place to come for all your hair needs!
I have contemplated about making a review because the manager tried so hard to fix what was done. I am now months later still trying to grow my hair back. I went to this salon my first time ever going and I was super blonde platinum. Over the phone I was quoted 175-200. I went and the person Haleigh I was assigned to then told me for a full all over red was $300. I was okay with it a little in shock but was excited to transform me hair. The red color was good I was just in shock at that time. The haircut that was given did not come out to what I wanted. After going home I wanted to come back to fix the haircut. I wanted layers and it shorter. The haircut I got I was in tears over. She cut deep into my hair and did not layer it but cut all my hair off! I had to come back again crying and the manager helped fix it and then oversee a free do over and then an additional one. I appreciate her sooo much. But I still am now stressed over my hair. It’s still not even and I can’t cut it off anymore we have done the most to try to get it to a normal haircut. Please be aware of this. Not that the salon itself is bad but the hair dresser Haleigh did not did what was wanted and really messed up my hair. The blonde is before and the red is obviously after!
I have been going to Amber for all my crazy hair requests for nearly a decade now. A number of years back she mentioned how it was her dream to own her own salon and when she did it, she did it right! This place is an amazing salon with amazing stylists. Although I am biased to Amber, a number of the other girls have also done my hair when Amber wasn't available. No matter who you get, they take care of you. They treat you like family and like you belong in their craziness. They can literally do it all. I have had every color of the rainbow and my requests are always out there, but they ALWAYS accommodate. They are up front about what is manageable, costs and time it will take which is greatly appreciated. Plus, the salon itself is a very inviting and fun atmosphere. No matter who and what you get, you will love your hair. 10/10 recommend.

Me and my daughter have been going to Sugar Shack since they were at the old location. My regular stylist is Vicki, she has always exceeded my expectations when I come in with a new hair request. I highly recommend her if you are interested in extensions. I also want to point out that I have seen most of the Sugar Shack stylist and i have always happy with my hair. Kim is wonderful and very patience with my daughters that have curly hair. Amber has established a very welcoming environment. Highly recommend.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
I went in to get a haircut & my experience was amazing! Ashley did an incredible job of tailoring the experience to me & helping me come up with a style that would work for me everyday life. The environment is so laid back, comfortable, & super cool! I will definitely be back in the future!
Amber is the best and has taken care of my son’s hair for the past few years. My daughter wanted to get in on the fun and Kayla was amazing! She got the right color on my daughters hair and she gets so many compliments! She was patient with her during the whole process and talked to her the whole time also to make her feel comfortable! I love this salon!!! Been here a handful of times now, and will continue to go. By far the coolest salon I’ve been to. Wonderful customer service. The environment is so fun, relaxed, and welcoming. My hair came out perfect. 10/10 experience. Cannot recommend this place enough! Shout out to Amber for always taking care of me. She is the best!! I had such a great experience! This was my first cut done by a curly cut specialist and Kim did an amazing job! She answered any questions I asked and gave me so much information on how to care for and style my curls. Everyone I interacted with in the salon was so kind and welcoming. Super cute and clean inside as well, it’s just a really great environment and all the stylist seemed so happy to be there working with their clients.
