The sugar factory is a place that's on South Beach main strip which is very different from the other other dining Businesses. It's beautifully decored bright delicious candy lively pictures of all the famous people who've been there to eat. World famous homemade Specialized drinks with and without alcohol. Plenty of different things to choose from to satisfy your taste. The price was amazingly reasonable for such a lovely little spot that a lot of famous people visit. The food was fresh the drinks were delicious the price was on point the manager was amazing. Despite the drinks are a little pricey because they're kind of fancy and throw smoke out and are over the top. Still was an awesome place to visit. We did get a free drink on the house from the manager. Which was really nice he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable on 1st visit for my daughter's birthday. Highly recommend you won't be disappointed
First time ever to an establishment like this one and have to admit enjoyed every bit of it!!! Will definitely be visiting their many more locations in TX as I was pleased. I had the meatballs, wife had the Philly steak sandwich and a tropical fruit drink. Everything was amazing!!! Highly recommend this place for their drinks! Family of 7 approve!!!!
Had a wonderful time at Sugar Factory today. The food was good, & the drinks were fun & tasty. What really made the visit was the service from our waiter, Charles. He provided A1 service & was very attentive. After having a horrible experience last night at an upscale steak restaurant, it was refreshing to have someone to take a correct order, provide explanations where needed, and split the checks. Charles even took time to take our group picture. I'll be sure to ask for Charles when I'm back in Miami.
WOW! I loved the place! I ordered a platter of rainbow burgers and I shared them with my family and we were really full. I love the creativity of this place! I do not know why it has an average of 3.8 stars, It should have more. The price was not bad considering that we also ordered a heavy milkshake called a ''Cookie Monster Milkshake". It was amazing! picture below. So, in sum... Great place!
The drinks are good and festive $45 for the big drinks. We did order salmon over garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. The salmon wasn't cooked all the way through to the middle because that part was bigger. I will say everything had flavor which was a surprise to me because nowhere on south beach has good food or with flavor. I will go back to this place and recommend it if you haven't been there before.
When I visited Miami there were so many places I wanted to go and the Sugar Factory was one. The food was good. The highlight was the dessert.The chicken and waffles were good too. And yes gratuity is 20% but it's a vacation spot so it's expected Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: Yes
Beautiful decor, excellent service and amazing food but the most amazing thing about this place is their signature drinks, milkshakes & colored burgers!!! Online reservation is recommended if not required as this place gets crowded! Highly recommended!
I came here with a group of 10 durning the Thanksgiving weekend and the host/servers were extremely accommodating! We were able to get seating within seconds of arriving. The drinks are amazing the food we great! I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone who is thinking about stopping by with some friends and family. Check out the review on YT: Browns R Us
Finally I visit a Sugar Factory! Celebrating my wedding anniversary! Love the area, first time in Miami also. Great place and customer service. The drink was awesome.
Cool idea and experience meal. The dessert flavor is actually decent with huge serving sizes. I wouldn't recommend the fancy coffee as it's essentially very normal iced coffee without much flavor with a bunch of decorations on top. The mocktail drink was probably the best thing we got. If you enjoy desserts, it's definitely a fun experience with cool dessert presentations. The actual items ice cream, coffee don't have much additional flavor or substance than your general $5 coffee/ice cream down the street, but it's a fun one time visit.
