Edi is by far the best stylist and has a particular eye for custom. I have been a returning client since he opened the boutique 4 years ago and only go when he’s there. He’s flexible and will share his personal phone number to be in easy contact.
I stopped by suit supply to get a suit for my wedding. When arriving, i was immediately taken care of by Ibrahim and had a great experience. He took the time to hear my preferences as well as get an idea of the wedding color themes all together. From there he was able to provide me with several options and we were able to find a suit that i loved and most importantly, one that was approved by my fiance! Thank you Ibrahim for the excellent customer service and for helping us with our wedding. 10/10 would recommend stopping by and ask for Ibrahim!
Flawless and genuinely enjoyable experience—frankly, the best experience I’ve ever had in clothes shopping. Axel and Eddie were phenomenal guides in fitting, knowledge, and current taste. They were also incredibly patient and thorough. I never felt rushed. On the contrary, they made me feel like getting this perfect was as important to them as for me. With Axel in training, though I wouldn’t have noticed before he mentioned and Eddie, I feel these two speak to a culture of hiring quality character and investing in skilled training. And I ended up, after a perfectly expedited tailoring, with the most comfortable outfits that I now own. I definitely look forward to continuing shopping with Suitsupply.
Wow!!!! I received my custom suit from Edi and am amazed at his eye for detail. This was my first ever custom suit so I was a bit nervous about how the whole process would go. Sure enough, Edi made that process as easy as possible for me. I felt comfortable knowing I would be taken care of without having to stress about how big or small my suit should fit. Thank you Suit Supply!!!
Hit or miss experience. I had two experiences with this store: one was wonderful and the other left me absolutely enraged. First experience: bought a whole suit, had the suit altered, picked up the suit, purchased other items with Jesse. Great experience - thorough, helpful, friendly. No complains and I would have totally gone back for a myriad of future needs. Second experience: walked into store apparently a few minutes prior to closing. Asked about an item and was rudely interrupted by another associate, who said they are not taking walk-ins because the store is closing. Well the store was not closed and his rudeness and overall lack of service orientation validated all the negative reviews I had read about this place. Frankly, it was unacceptable and left a horrible taste in my mouth. I, along with his colleagues, were shocked. I am considering returning the roughly 2k worth of purchases and taking my business elsewhere. To sum it up: not all the team members are made the same here. However, everyone, along with management, should understand the repercussions their actions have on the brand and their customers. If service was your priority, this may not be the best bet.
This is my second time that I bought a suit from suit supply and my experiences both times have been great. The customer service is top-notch, and the quality of suits offered is unbeatable for the price point. Jesse assisted me on my most recent visit and went above and beyond to guide me through my options and ensure that I received the best possible service.
If you need a suit, there is no better place to go than Suitsupply. I needed a suit for a friend's wedding asap. Edi helped me put together a great look and it was ready in time for the wedding I procrastinated. Thank you Edi for your great service and style suggestions!
Due to all the bad reviews, I was a bit worried about going to this location. Maybe I was lucky or maybe things changed because of the negative comments, but I had a great experience. I was helped by multiple people as soon as got in the store. Kian, my stylist, was extremely helpful and professional. I bought a suit and got it tailored in 3 days. I’ll definitely come back for a custom made wedding suit next year.
We made an appointment to check out suits for our upcoming wedding and it was an amazing experience. They are well versed in great suits and the guy we worked with Jack was super educated and knowledgeable on everything pertaining to suits/the recent styles. I recommend this place for any interested in buying new suits/fashion.
I recently visited this SS location and was serviced by Jesse. Very polite and knowledgeable on the products and was able to break down their method of sizing and tailoring! He was also the only one on the floor and took care of me and other customers professionally and calmly. Very pleased with my visit and my husband and I will be back soon for more! Thanks Jesse, for the 5 star service!
