"Magnificent! Outstanding! Exceeds your expectations" is an accurate description of their customer service! It was my first time at this place. I was genuinely amazed! They treat you like a king, and I mean that! I especially want to mention Karim and the team that helped me with the selection and tailoring. The whole process went smoothly, and it took me as long as it took to try on and make a decision. These gentlemen are professionals. They have all the experience, taste, and sense of high fashion for men to provide the best customer service possible. And this service they provide is so rare and valuable these days. They have even inspired me as a business owner to provide the best service to my customers. It's worth noting that I've been to almost all the iconic fashion places in Europe, such as Milan, Italy , Paris, France , but I've never experienced as good an attitude as I have here. The main reason I chose this place was that I needed to buy a special suit for my sister's birthday. And these gentlemen did everything for me the same day. And it went so well that I ended up spending five grand on other awesome things . I'm telling you, I've never spent that kind of money on fashion with so much fun and joy! I am putting it on my priority shopping list in the Plano area. Must. So I highly recommend SuitSupply to any gentleman who wants to dress well because you deserve it! Yes, you deserve it. And I've already given a bunch of recommendations to my friends to shop here when it comes to a big special day, casual or professional outfit - they help you look amazing. I needed a tuxedo for my wedding and Suitsupply made the entire process a breeze. Karim Ali has got customer service down. He is dedicated to getting the right fit. Given the customization and the quality of the fabrics, the prices seem very reasonable. I've never interacted with anyone at the company who is anything less than extremely helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend this place
I bought a tux from Marc who provided excellent service. He was very knowledgeable and took time to understand what I needed and the look I was pursuing. He put together a tux that worked with my physique and made me feel like a prince. We ordered my pants as they didn’t have the right size in the Plano store. There was a shipping delay in getting the pants in time for the wedding. This is where the exceptional service elevated to another level. Marc was scheduled for vacation, so he was not in the store on the day of pick up. His colleague, Nam took over the process and drove to Dallas to get the pants and got them altered in time for the wedding. He kept me informed via text at every stage and got my whole tux steamed and ready to wear. In addition to high quality clothing, This is the service beyond my expectations in a time where standards are deteriorating and customer service is laced with apathy. I’m glad to have met these 2 gentleman and having shopped at Suit Supply in Plano. They have a customer for life.
We went to Suit Supply in Plano today and we received an exceptionally friendly welcome that instantly made us feel at ease! My husband, a rather conservative guy who is not easily persuaded, decided to make an appointment with Adam, so he could help him achieve a look that was comfortable, with a classic feel. Adam’s extensive knowledge and experience was evident and we left both extremely impressed and satisfied. We would absolutely recommend you book an appointment to see him!
The Plano store truly has a gem! I had the best customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. It was with Karim Ali. In my last 20 years of purchasing suits this was the best experience! Karim exuded professionalism, patience and great discernment throughout the transaction. He was poised and sincere amid the busy store. He is a wonderful employee and I hope that others can learn from him. I’m sure Suitsupply is proud to have such a valuable asset in Karim Ali.
Had a fantastic experience at Suit Supply and Karim made the entire process easy and exciting. Purchased a custom suit for my wedding and got compliments the entire night. Even convinced my father-in-law to get himself a suit from there for the wedding and he had the same experience as me. They kept telling me how hard of a time he has finding a good fitting suit so the custom suit was for sure the way to go! Can’t wait to go back and get another one!
Marc is such an excellent adviser. He is very detail oriented and explains everything so you understand the product. He is very passionate about the product. We did a custom-made to order suit and we are excited to see the final product. We enjoyed picking out the fabric, picking every detail on the suit and thanks to Marc we know we built an amazing suit. Make sure you stop by and check out the store and ask for Marc.
Visited Suit Supply just after Christmas for a new suit for a wedding. Made an appointment with Karim and it was a fantastic experience! He helped my dad and I pick out a couple of high quality suits and accessories. He guided us the whole way with recommendations and exemplary service. I’m usually a Brooks Brothers man but after hearing good things about Suitsupply Plano and Nam from my friend who frequent there, I decided to give it a try. Man, he was not wrong! The store is exceptional and Nam was one of the best if not the best sales associate I’ve ever worked with. He helped me find a perfect size for me and after learning what I’m looking for, he helped me acquired some fire pieces to add to my wardrobe. Definitely check out the store and ask for Nam!
Great prices and products are what initially drew me to Suitsupply, but I'll be a returning customer because of the exceptional service at this store. I can't say enough good things about Nam in particular, he strikes an excellent balance of finding out what your style is, but at the same time challenging you to try new things with excellent recommendations. I also really enjoy learning about the history and tradition of the clothing that you try on. Nam shared all kinds of details about the history of why certain styles were worn, when they were worn and how they fit in to style trends today. It really showcases his knowledge and passion, and is something I really appreciate.
