We were very pleased with the quality of the chair we purchased. The delivery guys were very professional and helpful. We felt very lucky that they had what we were looking for in stock because so many places have very little selection in stock during this time. The sales person was extremely helpful and easy to work with.

Waiting for a new plug for the chair to work properly it had a cracked in the control it's been 2 weeks still haven't heard anything from the store back on when the part will be in they forget and you have to call and remind them you are waiting .

Unhelpful staff and the place smelled like smoke. Fabric and smoke don’t mix - tried to buy local but will just stick with purchasing online.
