Dr.Sultana is the best but her assistances are very rude and not nice with patients, my daughter was crying and they couldn’t do anything to calm her down. Instead of helping me calm my daughter they complained to another assistant that I wasn’t listening to them. Dr. Sultana was very nice to her and has so much patience with her always. She needs better staff that are kind to kids.
Worst place to be starting from the front desk the rudest person on the building to the doctor , very shady ppl and rude I highly don’t recommend anyone to visit this place
Staff really is rude, their tone of voice sounds like you're an inconvenience to them. Definitely didn't feel welcome there. Dr likes to make unnecessary comments about your parenting saying specifically "whoever is taking care of her isn't doing their job right". It's no wonder she works in place like that.
Dr is good but only cares about making a quick buck she tried to charge me 20 dollars for my autistic daughter's paper work to get filled out which btw is illegal I had her appt set up for that reason specifically but they still insist on charging me which tells me that my Dr is gonna deprive my daughter of a necessary service because she can't make 20 bucks off me? I'm sorry but this Dr just lost 3 patients.
I've been to this site on 3 occasion in the past 3 years. If I could give them zero star rate, I would. The staff is so unprofessional and rude with not only their body language, rolling of the eyes, loud condescending tone but with all the gossip they do, it's a wonder if they get any work done. This place should be shut down - Super unsanitary eeekkkk thank goodness all I need is old records from them.
I love Dr.Sultana and her staff they are always very happy and helpful...ive been coming here for years and have never had an issues I can always come in without an appointment.
I've been going to her clinic in rowland heights for about 3 years now. She is totally worth it. best pediatrician ever !
love this dr my children been coming since my 11 year old was born ..staff is wonderful and very helpful ..i recommand this dr to my friends and family now my nephews and godson go to the dr.
The staff there are horrible and rude especially the blonde chick I wouldn't recommend this clinic to no one the doctors okay but just need to get rid of that horrible staff
