I was traveling to Bangladesh with my three kids. One was two years old, two of them was only two months old. When I got the ticket I explained to them that I need confirmed basinet seat for two of my kids, they said no problem, it can be done. They contacted Kuwait made sure I had confirmed seat. Everything went well on my way to Bangladesh, but when I was coming back I was told that I won't be able to get a bassinet seat. They said I should have contacted them earlier, I did contact with them earlier and show them my confirmed email. They still didn't do anything. I tried to contact Suma travel but they won't return my call, I even emailed them saying to call me back nobody called me back. Why would they? They got their money, and that's all they need. I would never ever buy tickets from them again.
One star only because I booked my tickets through them after two days of being yelled at by a staff member named Sindhu, who was rude and seemed like she hated doing her job. If you misunderstood anything and asked again, she would get very angry. I did not think any of the other staff were particularly nice either but I don't know for sure. They all talk like they are doing you a favor rather than their job. It would be much easier to book it online through kayak. Calling and dealing with the staff at suma travels isn't worth saving $50 or any of your time. I would never book through them or recommend them to anybody ever. Just a waste of your patience and your entire day.. Cons- Completely unprofessional, poor customer service, rude and uncivilized. Pros - You save $50 or slightly more. Is that really a deal?! I don't think so. Is it worth the hassle? No.
I have had a good experience with them every time. Good rates and good service.
They cancelled my flight tickets without informing me. Very much unprofessional. Forget compensation, I didn't even got FULL money back. Stay away from this agency. Not even single star, but Google don't allow to post without any star
Saved approx $150 on tix booking through them.
Answered all the questions patiently and efficiently. As I fell ill did not take the trip.
Very helpful and nice people too.
