Its all good except for Landa X. That guy is something else. I mean Anthony X on youtube. Thats it. He is going to have trouble at your place of business soon. Its all over youtube
Sumanos Sourdough is the best sourdough I have found and I have tasted a lot of SD breads. Unfortunately, we only get it when we make a trip to Monterey or Santa Cruz because Sacramento is too far for them to distribute it here. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. For second place, Truckee Sourdough isn't too bad which we can get here. But Sumanos is the best in my opinion. Safeway, Whole Foods, many stores in the area carry it.
I love the Healthy Grain. The sourdough is also the best.
Their healthy grains is the most delicious preservative free bread I've ever tasted. Appreciate all the wholesome ingredients and love put into each loaf. Highly recommended.
I love to bake sourdough but am an amateur. I aspire to bake Watsonville sourdough. These guys nailed it. For those of us in the area, smells and tastes like “home.” The texture is perfect when toasted. Tough to beat.

The employees are treated with the maximum lack of respect no insensitive to progress the don't appreciate hard work or work ethics the keep track of you like an animal always rushing one to complete the task at hand not concerned about getting the job done right just doing it fast enough so they don't have to pay what day owe and cheat you out of hours and your commission
Best sourdough I have tasted. You cant buy bread directly from the bakery but its available in a lot of grocery stores in the bay area.
Rude staff. Don't go there.
Safeway in Modesto needs to stock your sourdough. Purchased at Safeway in Menlo Park.
