I am Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern #IMH12946 with the State of Florida practicing with Hope Counseling in Winter Garden, FL. I provide counseling services to individuals and families. I utilize a combination of play and expressive therapies in addition to traditional approaches.
My approach to counseling is rooted in God’s Word and His promises to us. I believe that each individual is created in the image of God and has divine value and purpose in this life and the next. I believe that healing occurs through the courageous work of self-investigation, acceptance and compassion. The end result of healing is the restoration of connection with self, others and God. I believe that this result is accessible to every person, regardless of hurts, struggles or strengths.
I hope to not only respond to people in the midst of crisis and struggles, but am also committed to being a resource in the Winter Garden community to promote healthy relationships, self-care, supportive parenting and a culture of connection and compassion.
