The most pleasant visit I have EVER had in a medical facility. The CT Tech did her job to the highest standards and I treated with respect and kindness. The admission team took very good care of me. AS I watched them work I noticed how attentive and kind they were to all the patients. You have a GREAT team working at your medical center. Thank you for your care!!

The service I received was wonderful. The receptionists were awesome. I have never seen a group of ladies as complimentary of each other as these three ladies were. Their attention to detail, congeniality towards each other, customer/patient attention, professionalism, attitude, gratitude, kindness, tone of voice, smiles as they greeted people, even their body language was all phenomenal. The way that they made sure that each patient was not forgotten or being ignored was very refreshing to me. Answering patient questions with an assuring tone of voice depicting accuracy. The nurse who did my test was as efficient and nice.

A nervous time turns out to be a peaceful time. I had no problem at my appointment. Everyone treated me with respect. It was a friendly atmosphere. Everyone was willing to help you with anything that you did not understand. I had no problem at all. I was in and out of there with no questions left unanswered. Thank you, Summerville Medical Center.

I have to say this was the best hospital I have been at. Walking in your are greeted and feels welcome. They were on time. All the nurses and Dr I came into contact with where great. They listened, friendly and honest. My surgery went well and was released the next day. The floor staff was great as well. Thank you for a great experience.

Traveled from Myrtle Beach to have a procedure done by Dr Bossert and the experience at this hospital from registration to discharge was like clockwork! The ladies out front was so caring and sweet. I had to spend the night for observation and believe it or not for a hospital stay it was welcoming. The nurses were unbelievablely sweet. Wish i had time to say more. They even had a few techs working and learning. They also did really well still being in school.

I had an amazing experience delivering my first baby at Summerville Medical Center. My husband and I have no complaints. The hospital seemed very organized and everyone who took care of us was kind and attentive, especially our labor and delivery nurse, Sheryl. Her knowledge, encouragement, and empathy helped me get through labor, as I was very nervous. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have been her last delivery before retiring. If I delivered any later, we would have missed her! I hope to deliver any of my own future children here and definitely recommend this hospital to others looking for a great place to give birth.

My nurse I believe her name was Debbie was absolutely amazing she made me feel comfortable and I knew I was good hands with her she answered all my questions was gentle with me I would want her as my nurse everytime. The surgical nurse were extremely nice they made me feel like I was in the best hands so did the anesthesiologist was very friendly The entire staff was amazing very happy with the care they gave me before and after surgery

From check in at the front desk, to lab work this medical center’s team is unparalleled! I had a CT scan on Tuesday with an incredibly warm and wonderful team and surgery Wednesday with another very caring and compassionate group. Every single person was friendly, engaging and VERY knowledgeable about their specific area of expertise! I’m grateful for such great care and for every one of the people that helped me. Thank you all!

My husband got sick from a heat stroke,but a CT scan was done,and he also has an ulcer. The er doc that night was kind and very understanding as well as compassionate. He explained everything clearly and left out all the medical blah,blah,blah.We didn't have a very long wait time, and the nurses were great.

The labor and delivery team was absolutely phenomenal. The team showed that they truly cared about us, they communicated well, they genuinely listened to us, and did not pressure us in any way at all. As a first time Mom, they eased all of my fears and stresses and were extremely supportive. If you are in the Lowcountry, I absolutely recommend giving birth at Summerville Med.
