NO!NO!NO!NO! THIS ESTABLISHMENT, OWNERS/EVENT SUPPOSEDLY PROFESSIONALS IS NOT IT! Let me start off by listing the issues with the poor professionalism and customer service. The owner has an attitude because she didn't want to open the establishment the AGREED upon time so we, could decorate for the eventsaid she had to go to church. The AC didn't work. It was 96 degreespeople got sick, throwing up, me being one of them, and someone almost fainted. When the toilet was flushed, water was coming up THROUGH THE FLOOR! The other bathroom was used as a storage room. Pictures, mops, brooms, cleaning supplies, were being stored in there. Then when she was called because of those issues, she was very rude and had such an attitude because she didn't want to comeshe had to know these problems existed. She claimed that the event space was rented out that Friday and Saturday night. My event was held that weekend, that Sunday afternoon. So needless to say... a plumber came in with her during a very special event. It was my aunt's 60th birthday celebration. So not only was it 96 degrees in there, and water was coming through the floor every time the toilet flushedI would post pics, by the way, were too grotesque to post, but in the middle of the event a plumber keep going back and forth. The guests were so miserable that they stayed outside because of how miserable the lack of AC, heat made them feel. Then she threatened to "shut the place down!" during the event! Her level of rudeness and unprofessionalism was so elevated that with that comment, she had the DAUGHTER OF THE GUEST OF HONOR IN TEARS!She NEVER APOLOGIZED TO HER AT ALL!. She had to be consoled by several people before she could be presented in front of her mother. Her level of unprofessionalism, lack of integrity, poor customer service, and audacity is not the representation of character that I or 80 of the guests want to EVER DO OR CONSIDER DOING ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH. I thank GOD that her character and integrity is NOT a representation of Jesus Christ!
The event space offered everything we needed. We hosted our family reunion party here. The event space has an air conditioning unit as well as fans throughout the space. The food warmer and refrigerator are both an added bonus. The owners went above and beyond allowing me access to the venue 10 hours prior to the start of my event. It's conveniently located in Summerville and there were plenty of parking for our guest; overflow parking is just next door. This venue will be my go to for events moving forward.
Owner was very unprofessional and rude. She didn’t open on time so we could setup the event which was in the contracted . Owner did not answer her phone. We had a party of 80 people and the air conditioning did not work. Bathroom did not work and bathroom was nasty and dirty. We had a pregnant women passed out because the building was so hot. Definitely wouldn't recommend event center.
This venue was so beautiful and had everything we needed plus more. The staff went beyond to make sure we were satisfied.
Make any event magical. At the best rates in Summerville.
Very nice place. We had our family reunion here and it was a very pleasant experience. Would reccommend.
