Summit Art Gallery, managed by the Hancock Co. Arts Council, features new artists each quarter. The HCAC meets monthly at 6PM on the 1st Thursday. Join us!
The Hancock Co. Arts Council operates Summit Art Gallery, a showcase for local & regional artists. We are always looking for new talent. Installations are changed quarterly, with 3-5 artists displaying work each quarter.
Created in 2008, the HCAC sponsors and volunteers for a number of arts events throughout the county, including the annual New Cumberland Fall River Fest in September, Homer Laughlin China’s Annual Children’s Plate Painting, and summer concerts in area parks.
The HCAC is a committee of the Top of WV Convention and Visitors Bureau and meets at 6 p.m. on the first Thursday of each month. Anyone interested in promoting the arts is welcome to attend.
