this is definitely a 'dirtbag' climbing gym. it's a co-op + that means everyone's definition of 'clean' + 'functional' is a bit different. it lacks a shower, which is probably my biggest complaint. the climbing itself is great + I've always felt safe
This is a great local climbing gym. BE AWARE this is not a regular commercial business. It is a member run co-op. They are not open to the general public at most times because there are no paid staff. Volunteers do work at certain times, and the gym is open to the public during these times only. I believe it is currently, Tues-Thurs from 6-8 pm. Locals can go online to purchase a membership and then pick up a key when there is someone working.
Great gym for keeping the body in shape for the next outdoor climbing trip, allowing me elevate my climbing ability for harder grade routes outdoors! Great people and a hub for climbers in Summit County. There is a bouldering cave, 2 auto belays, top rope and lead climbing options on the walls including an excellent roof with lead routes!, a tread wall, hang board, small campus board and enough gym machinery to keep any climber happy and getting stronger.
Best Co-op in the world! Great routes, people, and facilities. Don't join if you ain't gonna work to keep it awesome!
Really nice for a smaller gym. Lead and top rope routes, 2 auto belays and a bouldering area. Fun routes that change often. As a member you help maintain the gym and can set routes.

Great member only co op for local climbers. Bouldering, 2 auto belays, a bit of TR and a crazy overhung lead wall.
Tried to visit this place while on vacation from Boston. Nobody answers the phone - the answering machine message says to use the website. Messaged via the website a few times prior to my trip and once again while I was out there. No response at all from anyone. I guess they just don't care about non-members.
Great member owned facility! This is a fun place to go to stay strong when the snow starts flying.
