Unexpected visit but the officers were very nice

I went here to pay a Town of Breckenridge citation wrong place. The rude cashier asked for citation number. When I gave it to her she just started shaking her head saying, 'Nope, not here. What's your name?' I told her and it went from there. She kept saying over and over that she knew my name, that I owed people money which I don't and that she needed to make sure I didn't have a warrant out for my arrest. WAIT, WUT?? All of this with a very condescending attitude. She checked and then said 'Oh, ok, well, I thought I knew your name.' Uh, yeah, ok. No handcuffs? Cool. Now I can go pay my citation. Ridiculous! I've left several messages for the last week and a 1/2 and no one has bothered to call me back. Apparently Eileen is a state of Colorado employee and can berate everyone that comes in there as she sees fit. Be careful!

It's great if you enjoy sitting in a jail where the toilets flood on just about a daily basis.

I HAVE AN ADOPTION HEARING TOMORROW AND NOBODY WILL ANSWER THE PHONE TO GIVE ME A ZOOM CALL !!!! I'm in Michigan with a short notice this is my sons for Chris sake ! Is this intentional ? Are you trying to not allow me to fight for my son ???

My boyfriend was the very first one to show up the morning of his court date and was the very last one to leave.These things should really come on a first come first serve basis.. It took almost 2 hours for his name to even be called, since his last name starts with "W". And after he spoke to a DA, it took more than an hour and a half for him to speak to someone else about setting up a payment plan. I understand courts have their own system and they have to run through everything according to the law... HOWEVER, it is absolutely ridiculous that someone was scheduled for court at 8:30am and STILL hadn't left the courthouse by 12:30pm. Absolutely ridiculous.

I've called every business day for the past 2 weeks and tried every extension the directory provides and NOONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?!?

Can not get a hold of anyone, at any time. Difficult to track down any existing information held in the system. Switch board options on the phone did not work.
