Welcome to the Official Facebook Page for SuMMit CrossFit! We are glad you are here and look forward to helping you reach your fitness goals. CrossFit is a constantly varied, high intensity, athletic workout designed to develop functional movement and strength. Our coaches are all CrossFit Level 1 certified and have a passion for teaching. Our gym is for all fitness levels and we encourage you to stop by today and see what we can offer you!
Gym Hours:
Mon-Fri 5:30am – 8pm (closed at 7pm on Fridays)
Saturday 7:30am – 12pm
Sunday 1:00pm - 3:00pm
CrossFit Classes:
Monday – Friday
6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm (7pm class on Mondays & Wednesdays only)
Saturdays:
8am CrossFit
9am Bootcamp (open to beginners)
Elements Class Hours:
Tuesday & Thursday @ 7pm
First class is the first Tuesday of each month
Summit CrossFit Kids (first class is free!)
4pm is typically ages 4-12, 5pm
Mondays: 4 & 5 PM
Tuesdays: 4 & 5 PM
Fridays: 4 & 5 PM
Saturdays: 9 AM
Bootcamp (open to beginners):
