I am leaving this review for a very dedicated employee who works for endocrinology in Berkeley Hts. Her name is Janaeya and I wish I could have left her 10 stars instead of 5. She assisted me in getting an appointment with a doctor in a timely manner. She went above and beyond and is proof that there are still good workers out there. Thank you Janaeya for helping to ease my stress and open the door to a new doctor. A review on the old doctor will follow.
Will amend my review once I am contacted by someone in HR to rectify the situation. I was previously working in the summit health breast care center in new providence about a year ago. However I was wrongfully terminated for my "conduct" which was me refusing to sign an inaccurately issued write up. It was told to me that I was being let go because of a false claim that was, ripping a piece of paper. I have reached out for clarification with no response. I have tried to obtain work and have missed out on numerous opportunities due to this slander. My work history there is impeccable and this is a severe injustice ! I am calling out previous clinical office manager at the new providence breast care center from the dates of 02/2022-10/2022 as she has played an integral role in the unfortunate end of my medical career with this company. Justice must be served.
I would highly recommend Summit Health! I visited Urgent Care not feeling well at 10% and left feeling 90%!!! The doctor, nurse, and radiologist were great!!! Kudos to RN Colleen who was absolutely amazing and showed impeccable bedside manner!
You can get all medical services at one place There is no need to drive extra miles to get a medical exam done. They not only have the infrastructure but also the equipment and specialized professionals to take care of you. Their staff is super polite and you get remainders of your apointments over your phone or email so there is no missing information. The waiting time is also pretty reasonable. So having said this, I recommend this place for anyone who wants to get the best medical attention in the market.
My Dr had ordered a Holter monitor for 3 days to assess the frequency of my premature beats for me . He asked me to call office to arrange. I called on the 26th July at 12:58pm , went through different people to answer me , finally at around 1:05pm a female stuff told me that I hv to come to let them put it on me . I asked for the address, that person put the phone far far away from her month , voice very low , I can hardly hear her. I requested her talked closer to her phone . When she told me the address , the speed was very fast , I can’t follow her. Some words I was not sure , I asked her to spell for me …. She hanged up the phone ‼
I had a great experience in the Urgent Care. They were thorough and really gave the effort to make me feel comfortable through out the process. Staff was wonderful and caring.
We always had a great experience with the doctors at Summit Health in Berkeley Heights location, however the customer service and the staff answering the phone to make appointments is below horrible, rude, and they give an attitude to the patients. With the fees Summit Health charges should invest in training their staff to be courteous, polite and understanding with the patients. Instead of been a tool to make you feel better they increase the level of stress and anxiety on top of the pain or health issues the patient is trying to get help for. Staff answering phone should really be trained, maybe try incognito calls to see on your own the service they give.
Happy with wait times and doctors. Only complaint is if you're there in the morning you may have to listen to Joy Behar because they have The View on. That's disturbing.
Urgent care Berkley Hts put ridiculous sign in Kiosks in waiting room only 2 of them that can take up to ten minutes each to fill in especially longer for senior citizens while 2 front desk people just sit there staring at you doing nothing all the while the line is out the door in the cold plus people keep leaving their drivers license in the kiosk because it’s poorly designed. It’s 2023 DO BETTER
Horrible staff and administration they treat their employees horribly. Highly would not recommend working here or getting care from summit health. I lost a sibling and they fired me for missing days due to preparing for the funeral. Approved my days then fired me a week later. Horrible experience with this company.
