Signs on shipping and receiving doors say check in at main office. Gal at main office said to check in at the door with no sign on it. Go figure. Did get put in a door over an hour before appt, and plenty of space between docks, which is a plus since lot has a bunch of trailers in it. Could get "fun" when more trucks show up at once.

Booked me to haul a load, wasted my whole day away!!! Told me they will come get me when load is picked. Hour passed pick up time almost 6 hours waiting and didn’t except any other load because of them. I go in and they told me they canceled that their truck ended up taking it. Like my truck doesn’t run on fuel and my whole time was just spent waiting and now my load home for thanksgiving gone because they just randomly cancel and not Evan say a word. I wouldn’t have except a load from this place because they might just cancel on you and waste your whole day away.

Awesome place and very polite people, they got time in 4h early and unloaded in 15 minutes. Thanks

5 STARS!! ALLOWED me to drop 24 hours early. And, we're done in like 35 minutes. Nice receiving clerk lady. *Entrance is the door by the ramp.

Woke me up Early before my Appointment delivery time and unloaded me fairly quick. Although I do appreciate that you don't know when you'll be asked to move during the night since They do have Over night parking here, but I wouldn't recommend it if you don't have too, since you're infront of the docks and can be woken up to move for overnight drivers dropping off.

If they give you a door that is occupied make sure to park where you can back in the second he leaves. They will let day cabs cut in front of you no matter how long you waited. I waited an hour and right as I was going to back in a day cab backs in without checking in and they unloaded him first anyways.

Lady was very nice. Had me in and out quickly. She was very pleasant to deal with. Don't mind going back there.

Worst place ever to work. You will never know who’s your lead. The one that you will see named Allen is the worse manager I’ve ever seen. Very into micromanaging n doesn’t appreciate hard workers. Mike, Justin, n Allen are the management I’ve met n their all liars wouldn’t recommend this company if it was your last resort

The worst place for loading I ever see before, 8 hours for loading, even if I arrived 2 hours before the appointment. DO NOT COME HERE .
