32 pounds of weed later got a get out of jail card free.go figure

I just saw a summit county officer almost hit a young boy on an electric bike in front of ecker Hill Middle School roundabout without even checking if the boy was all right he didn't yield AT ALL at the yield sign and if the boy was one second slower he would have hit the boy directly and he then proceed to drive at LEAST 50 miles an hour up homestead road all the way to the McDonald's light. The license plate was 2295. completely unacceptable.

Just got pulled over coming down the hill in Pinebrook. New to the area and I’ve had a hard time braking the whole way down. The officer was very cool about the whole thing and coached me on down shifting coming down the hills, even in dry weather. It’s great when our officers educate and coach those of us that are new to some of this. I don’t WANT to speed down the hill, I just couldn’t figure out how to go without braking the entire time. So this is a good notice to others that are new here, the officers are cool and kind and helpful...and downshift if you live on a steep hill

Today I locked my keys in the trunk of my car at Home Depot. When I called to ask if they could help, the lady on the phone was very nice and respectful of my embarrassing situation. The officer who came to help I regret not getting his name was SO KIND. He got my car open but we quickly realized we couldn’t get the keys out of the trunk without the key due to my car’s safety technology. He was so patient while we tried to figure out how to get into the trunk. I had my 2 year old little boy with me who he helped entertain while I was trying to get to the keys. He even showed my little boy cool things in his car and gave him a little stuffed animal who my son now refers to as “animal from my friend”. I eventually found a spare key but I am so so grateful for the helpfulness, kindness, and patience from this officer. Thank you Summit County Sheriff’s Office!!

They are money hungry and inconsiderate: I was booked for a silly infraction while trying to get home at 1 am and locked in a cell for the night with no blanket, water, food, or place to sleep other than the floor and no one there to help. Probably just acting oblivious for their advantage, but they might actually be clueless. Vote against these corrupt liars and defund!

I called to report a woman for hitting my car door and leaving the scene. Sheriff Talbot sp? left me a voicemail saying because I didn’t answer he was closing it out. Closing it out was his goal - he gave me a song and dance about why he couldn’t do his job. It was a complete waste of time. Incompetent and lazy. Don’t expect them to care.

I nearly got ran off the road while I was trying to merge in on 80 coming out of tooele. Thought maybe it was a reckless driver but i look over and it's a summit county sheriff car with the officer talking on his cell phone. License plate 520-776. Didn't notice me or anything.

This place is a joke. I just had a kid and I was speeding got pulled over and was trying to see if they would reduce the fine and the clerks wanted to try and argue with me about seeing the judge. And the other lady who wanted to argue with me was trying to buy a dang phone while "helping" me. Glad to see my tax dollars going to a good cause.

Clerks have been quite courteous, handled all my questions/ handled payments with no issues, and I really appreciate their help, assisting me with paying for my speeding ticket

They just want your money and district attorney does not work with you.
